Slash bietet zwei strukturell unterschiedliche Firmenkartenlösungen an.

Disgusting experience
Disgusting experience, they will reject your application for literally no reason! Rather than the wait before that! This is not made for stat-ups! Absolutely disgusting!
Almost a Month of Waiting for a Generic Rejection With No Explanation
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional application process.
I applied for a Slash business account almost a MONTH ago. Their stated review timeline was nowhere close to what actually happened. I repeatedly followed up, provided every document requested, sent recent business bank statements, and even provided my newly issued IRS ITIN document.
After almost a month of waiting, they finally rejected the application — but the rejection notice lists three different possible reasons and NONE of them are actually selected. So after waiting all this time, they still haven’t even clearly explained why the application was declined.
This makes even less sense considering that in just the last two weeks, my company has been approved by more than 10 other banks/payment processors using essentially the same company and ownership documentation.
I also know business owners with significantly less documentation and less established operations who were approved by Slash, which makes the lack of a clear explanation even more frustrating.
If something was missing, they could have simply asked for it. Instead, the process took nearly a month and ended with a generic rejection that doesn’t even state the actual reason.
I’m asking Slash to explain exactly what failed verification, tell me what additional documentation they require, and manually reconsider the application.
The biggest problem here isn’t even the rejection itself — it’s the incredibly slow process, lack of transparency, and poor communication throughout the review.
Extremely disappointing onboarding experience. I applied for a business account 4 weeks ago and submitted all requested KYC and company documents right away. Slash promised a 1–2 business day turnaround.
4 weeks later, I’m still in the dark. No approval, no rejection, no update, and no requests for extra info. Every time I reach out to support, I just get copy-pasted generic replies—no one takes ownership and no real timeline is given.
Totally unacceptable for a platform advertising 24/7 human support. If you value fast turnaround and transparent communication, stay away from Slash. I will update this review if they actually resolve this.
Works great as long as your business doesn't need to send more than $20k. Requesting a transaction limit increase, with supporting documents and information, seems to trigger an automatic and permanent account freeze. This is non-appealable, with your business' funds stuck in the account. If you dare inquire about it, customer support will ghost you.
I genuinely believed Slash was one of the best fintech platforms for business banking. Unfortunately, my experience over the past 8 days has been one of the most stressful banking experiences I've ever had.
Everything started after I made internal transfers between my own business accounts for payroll purposes. Those transfers were placed under review. I fully cooperated, provided invoices, explanations, and every document requested.
From that point onward, communication completely broke down.
I was first told the review would take 1–2 business days, then 1–3 business days, then up to 30 days, and finally my account was restricted and scheduled for closure. Throughout the process, I had no visibility into the status of my transfers or my account.
The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. Every time I reached out, I received a different answer from a different person. Eventually, after waiting over a week, I was told to stop "spamming" Support, even though I was simply trying to understand what was happening to my company's funds.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Slash's own emails tell you to contact Support if you need help with your remaining balance. But when you do, Support says they have no visibility into compliance matters and cannot answer your questions. That leaves customers with no meaningful way to communicate with the team handling their case.
To make matters worse, there is no phone support, so you're left waiting for emails while your business is on hold.
As a result of this experience, I had to redirect future customer invoices away from Slash because I could no longer risk my business depending on an account with no clear communication during a critical issue.
I completely understand that compliance reviews are necessary. My issue is not with compliance—it's with the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and the inability to get straightforward answers about my own business funds.
I hope no other business owner has to go through the uncertainty and stress that I experienced.

Hi, we’re sorry for the stress and disruption this caused your business. We understand how difficult it is to have limited visibility while transfers and account access are under review.
Financial institutions are sometimes required to review account activity, and we aren’t able to discuss account-specific compliance matters publicly. However, the inconsistent timelines and communication you described do not reflect the experience we aim to provide. We’re also sorry that language used in one of your Support interactions added to your frustration.
We’ve escalated your feedback and case for review. Please reply to your existing Support conversation so our team can identify your account securely and provide any updates that we’re able to share. While we may be limited in what we can disclose during a review, we should communicate those limitations clearly and consistently.
Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re reviewing what happened so we can improve how we support customers through situations like this.
FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!! Business Account restricted with no clear explanation or support response
I opened a Slash business account for my US LLC (Zentrofy Media Group LLC) and everything worked smoothly for about a month, I was receiving client payments through Stripe with no issues. Then, without warning, I received an email stating my account was restricted, with transactions and withdrawals paused as part of an "ongoing compliance and risk review."
I understand compliance reviews happen, and I'm fully willing to cooperate and provide any documentation needed. What's been genuinely disappointing is the lack of support around it:
1. I tried chatting with customer support and wasn't connected to anyone after waiting 30 minutes.
2. I emailed their support team directly and have not received a response.
3. I have no case number, no timeline, and no clarity on what specifically triggered the review or what I need to provide to resolve it.
For a business banking platform, having zero access to funds and zero communication is a serious problem, especially for a small business relying on that account for real client payments. I'm not against the review process itself, just the complete silence around it.
I'll update this review if Slash follows up and resolves the issue. Hoping that happens soon.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the restriction and lack of communication. Compliance reviews are handled separately, and our Support team does not have visibility into their details or timelines. Please contact our Compliance team directly at compliance@slash.com regarding the review and any required next steps.
So, if i resume this online bank. A disaster experience....
1. Take 5 days for the KYC of a small company ( LLC 2 members ) for e-commerce.
2. One week after the KYC done 1 days before we received our first payment from ( Shopify ), the bank account got "closed" without prior notice just an e-mail saying "We're writing to let you know that your Slash account ( company name ) has been closed" or they was not even activity on the bank account yet.
3. Contact the support by chat reply 8hours after, to say "Hi, for account closures, please reach out to compliance" amazing such useful... E-mail send 24 hours later no news...
4. Weirdly even with the account closed they received the payment expected... ( normal bank will refuse the payment and send it back to the senders, even for legal reason they are normally in obligation as they said the account is closed but apparently not them ). So i send en e-mail saying that i don't wanted to continue with them and i want to withdraw the money.
5. Reply "Hello - Your account is enabled for withdrawal. Once you withdraw your balance the account will close. ", so i withdraw the money in ( Wire US to US account ), 3 days laters the withdrawal has just been put in pending ( still waiting the money... ).
6. To resume they don't know what they are doing, they're KYC is random, they block without notice or information. And even they're withdrawal are slow. And they're support is a joke not professional.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. For privacy and regulatory reasons, our Support team does not have visibility into compliance reviews or account-closure decisions. Please reply directly to the Compliance team’s email so they can review your case and provide an update on your withdrawal.
We've had a great experience using Slash for our US LLC, and it has worked really well for our operations.
We also opened a Slash Global Account for our UK Ltd company after seeing Slash promote Global Accounts for international businesses with the announcement:
"We're excited to announce that foreign resellers with foreign companies can now open a Slash account, no matter where they're based."
The advert also highlighted the ability to hold company funds and send and receive payments via wire, ACH and SWIFT, which made it seem like a great fit for our UK business.
Unfortunately, our experience with the UK Ltd account was very different.
At the time, our UK Ltd Global Account didn't support the withdrawal method we needed to transfer funds to our UK business bank account. We contacted Slash for guidance and were advised by members of the team that, as a temporary workaround, we could transfer funds from our own Slash UK Ltd account to our own Slash US LLC account, and then withdraw those funds to our UK business bank account. We relied on that guidance in good faith, believing it was the correct way to move our own company funds until direct withdrawals became available.
When our account was later paused, we fully explained the transactions, clarified that both accounts belonged to us, and offered invoices, marketplace payout records, transaction histories and any other documentation needed to verify the source and purpose of the funds.
The founders and support staff were always polite and tried to help, and I genuinely appreciate that. However, I was disappointed with the compliance process. Despite providing detailed explanations and offering supporting evidence, I never felt there was a meaningful review or a clear explanation of the concerns. I was simply informed that the partner's decision was final.
I completely understand that financial institutions have compliance obligations and may decide not to continue a business relationship. My disappointment is with the lack of transparency and the inability to have the circumstances properly considered, especially when we had followed guidance provided by the team and were willing to supply whatever evidence was required.
I genuinely hope Slash improves this process for international businesses in the future, because our experience with the US LLC product has otherwise been very positive.

Thank you for sharing this thoughtful feedback, and for your kind words about using Slash for your US LLC. We’re glad that the product has worked well for your operations.
We’re sorry that your experience with the Slash Global Account for your UK Ltd company did not meet the same standard. We understand how frustrating it can be when account capabilities, fund movement options, and compliance outcomes are not as clear as expected.
While we can’t discuss account reviews or partner decisions publicly, we take your feedback seriously — especially regarding the guidance you received, the documentation you offered, and the need for clearer communication throughout the process.
We appreciate you acknowledging that our team tried to help, and we’re sorry the process left you feeling your circumstances weren’t fully considered. We’ll share this feedback internally as we continue improving our Global Account experience and compliance communication.
Thank you again for the balanced feedback!
