2、香港：不开放居民申请；已持有的境外发行卡可在 Visa 商户使用，赴中国大陆可绑定微信支付或支付宝付款。
3、澳门：不开放居民申请；境外已发行卡可在 Visa 商户使用，赴中国大陆扫码付款时须完成支付钱包身份验证。
