Holds your funds for four days because reasons, doenst even let you transfer back to your bank account this was a debit transfer btw avoid at all costs if you want any control over your money avoid this app at all costs.

Frustrating to use. Their transaction history is poor compared to any actual financial records, the app assumes you have email on the same device, and they have instituted facial recognition with no guarantee of data deletion. None of which is done by more capable institutions.

My mother is dying of cancer, yesterday they locked my account because of a deposit of $1,170 from a legitimate crypto exchange they put a block on my account.
Previously they asked me to provide some documents which I sent them 8 days ago and they have completely ignored them and yesterday they blocked my account when I received the $1,170 despite me also sending them the paperwork for it.
So because of uphold support not dealing with my ticket and freezing my funds, I will not get to see my mother before she dies as I needed to use that money to book a flight back to London.
I told them about this but they just dont care. I told them if they don't want me to hold an account that is also ok - just let me move my money into a different crypto account.

Great app for watching prices, easy to make purchases, but SO EXPENSIVE! Around 10% on every purchase. 60$ turns into 55$ after buying, for example. And God forbid you sell or trade it cuz that will be another 5$. Absolutely terrible trading/ transaction app. Navigation is confusing compared to others. Last resort crypto transaction app. Download if you want to see prices, blacklist if you want to transact. Youre better off spending money on an Uber to find a crypto atm.

very good digital exchange but why is your ADA Cardano flexible staking rewards so incredibly low? it's not even 1%! ADA is known for giving 5% and that those coins are immediately accessible to withdraw no matter where you are. why would we not be at least receiving 3%? consistently I get less than 1% . when I'm sure your pool is staking and receiving the full 5%. I suppose I could pull them off and put them on a a third party wallet like atomic or Exodus. something to think about I suppose.

This is a ripoff. If you are thinking of trusting them with your money. Try to speak to someone live before you give them anything. They will freeze your account and play AI games with you. They have a complaint department you called and leave a message. They say they’ll call you back, but you never hear from him. It’s been six weeks for me. Just the complaint department, not counting the four weeks before trying to get things situated. you never speak to a single person but if you choose to send me your money, I’ll give you my information. You can just send it to me and at least tell you where I spend it at. Please don’t give them any run run run run. I listed 2 ticket numbers. Both are for the same problem. They stopped one with no remedy then issue the next one and I have a remedy with that one either. If you’re thinking about giving them a dime, make sure you talk to some person on the phone first I guarantee you you will not be able to get nobody things to go good as long as you’re giving the money off your damn credit card or debit card everything goes fine as soon as you need some assistance, you won’t get it and they will rip you off when they freeze your account.

1. A great deal of difficulty relinking account. Repeated attempts over many days. Finally found some hidden way to delete the account. Then I reconstituted the account and it is now apparently fine.
2. Where is a transaction-pending area? I needed to cancel the transaction. Once again, I just deleted the entire account.
3. Much of the app is user-friendly. Other of it is user-hostile.
