카드 개요

GoMining Card는 GoMining의 다중 자산 지갑을 Visa 결제 네트워크와 연결합니다. 사용자가 KYC Level 1과 Level 2를 완료하고 지갑의 총자산이 최초 카드 발급 요건에 도달하면 가상 카드가 즉시 발급됩니다. 결제 시 BTC, GOMINING, USDT 또는 USDC를 차감 자산으로 선택할 수 있으며, GoMining 내부 환율에 따라 USD, EUR 또는 기타 거래 통화로 실시간 환전됩니다. 사용자가 일일·월간 결제 한도와 ATM 한도를 직접 설정할 수 있으며 PIN, 3DS, Apple Pay 및 Google Wallet을 지원합니다. 결제에 성공할 때마다 VIP 등급에 따라 TH 캐시백도 받을 수 있습니다. 실물 카드는 공식 상품 페이지에 공개되어 있지만 2026년 8월 현재까지 Coming Soon 상태입니다.

1、中国大陆：可申请，中国大陆未列入禁止居住地区；Level 2 仅接受中国护照作为主要身份证明，并需提交三个月内有效地址证明，获卡后可在 Visa 受理商户使用。

2、香港：可申请，中国香港属于护照可接受地区；完成 Level 1、Level 2 和有效地址验证后，可使用虚拟 Visa 卡及 Apple Pay、Google Wallet 消费。

Very bad experience with GoMining.

Very bad experience with GoMining. My account was blocked, and I was asked to provide a large amount of personal and financial documentation for verification: my driver’s license, national ID card, proof of address, and bank statement. I provided all the documents they requested. After that, I was asked for even more information regarding withdrawals that I never made. I therefore do not understand why I am being asked to explain transactions that I do not recognize. I had around $100 in USDC staking, and since this situation started, my funds have been blocked. I provided all the requested documents and fully cooperated with their verification process, but I still have no clear explanation regarding these alleged withdrawals. At this point, I am very disappointed with GoMining and the way my case has been handled. I simply want to recover my funds and receive a clear explanation of what happened.

I first saw an ad for this app on JustPlay pushing a sketchy bitcoin mining hack, claiming you can watch money magically multiply without doing anything. GoMining itself is an alright platform, though I personally think MetaMask is much better based on my past experience using it back in (2024) before switching over. On the bright side, the purple TV miner with the GPU volume/channel turners smiling :D is cute!! And I like the glossy blue people presentation which I admire the entire aesthetics.

Strong Ecosystem, but Customer Support Is Failing Users

GoMining seriously needs to improve its customer support, especially when cases involve customer funds. Today I purchased USDC through Mercuryo from within the GoMining ecosystem. The payment went through, but hours later the funds were still not credited to my wallet. I contacted support because this is not a minor bug or feature issue—this involves real money. Yet I waited almost 20 minutes just to be told the issue was being investigated, with no clear timeline, escalation status, or sense of urgency. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with GoMining support. In a previous case, Mercuryo confirmed that my transaction was successful and that my wallet had been topped up with 100 GMT, but the funds were still not properly reflected on GoMining’s side. Despite Mercuryo confirming completion, I was told I might have to wait up to 30 days. I have records and evidence of these incidents and my conversations with support. This is becoming a pattern. When customer funds are missing, these cases should be treated as high priority, with clear status updates, transaction tracing, and proper escalation between GoMining and its payment providers. Users should not have to repeatedly chase support to find out what is happening with their money. For someone new to GoMining, experiences like this can easily create the impression that the platform is unsafe or even a scam, especially in crypto where trust is everything. I am not saying GoMining is a scam. In fact, I believe the ecosystem is strong and has real potential. That is exactly why this is so frustrating. Miner Wars is still in beta, which is even more reason to have strong support and escalation procedures. Beta software can have technical issues, but support should not become an additional problem. This also affects existing users. People who already know and trust GoMining can become frustrated enough to stop using the app. I have seen and heard similar complaints from other users, including on Trustpilot. I am a software engineer, so I understand that integrations and technical failures happen. What I do not understand is the lack of priority and communication when customer money is involved. GoMining has the technology, mining ecosystem, and products to grow globally, but customer support is part of the product too. If users lose confidence when something goes wrong with their funds, that can hold the entire ecosystem back. I am publishing this because I want GoMining to listen and improve—not only for me, but for other users who have experienced similar problems and may not know where to make their voices heard.
