Extremely disappointing experience. I waited 10 working days based on the support team’s promise that my issue would be resolved. After all that time, I was simply told that they cannot handle ADI on their infrastructure. This should have been communicated from the beginning instead of making me wait.
My funds are now stuck, and I still don’t have a proper solution—only excuses. Customer support has been slow, unhelpful, and unable to provide a clear resolution. I expected much better service, especially when it involves customers’ money.
I cannot recommend this app until they improve their customer support, communication, and fund handling process.
