بطاقة SpectroCoin هي بطاقة خصم مشفرة من Visa مقومة باليورو من SpectroCoin، وتتوفر كبطاقة افتراضية وفعلية. يحتفظ المستخدمون أو يودعون الأصول المشفرة في محفظة المنصة، ويحولونها إلى يورو لتحميلها على البطاقة، ثم يستخدمونها للتسوق عبر الإنترنت والدفع لدى التجار والمدفوعات عبر المحافظ المحمولة والسحب من أجهزة الصراف الآلي. يرتبط المنتج أيضًا بمحفظة SpectroCoin وتحويل الأصول وخدمة IBAN الشخصية، ويستهدف بشكل أساسي سكان المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة.
بعد إكمال إنشاء حساب SpectroCoin والتحقق من رقم الهاتف والهوية، يمكن للمستخدم التقدم للحصول على بطاقة افتراضية أو بطاقة فعلية من صفحة البطاقات. يُقوّم حساب البطاقة باليورو، ولا يخصم الأصول المشفرة مباشرة وقت الإنفاق؛ إذ يجب على المستخدم تحويل الأصول المدعومة مثل BTC وETH وUSDT إلى اليورو أولًا، ثم تحميلها مجانًا من SpectroCoin Wallet إلى حساب البطاقة. تُستخدم البطاقة الافتراضية بصورة رئيسية للإنفاق عبر الإنترنت والاشتراكات، بينما توفر البطاقة الفعلية الشريحة وPIN والدفع اللاتلامسي والسحب من ATM. تسمح شروط البطاقة الحالية بربطها بـ Apple Pay وGoogle Pay وSamsung Pay عندما تتوفر المتطلبات التقنية، كما تدعم المعاملات الخارجية والمعاملات بغير اليورو. يُعد رصيد البطاقة أموالًا إلكترونية وليس وديعة مصرفية، ولا ينطبق عليه تأمين الودائع الليتواني.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience involving SpectroCoin and CoinGate Gift Cards.
I made a cryptocurrency payment for CoinGate Gift Cards using the payment gateway provided during checkout. The transaction was successfully broadcast and confirmed on the blockchain.
The payment was not simply cancelled before being sent. The funds were actually transferred, and the transaction can be independently verified using the transaction hash above.
However, the payment was never assigned to my order and the gift card was never delivered.
I contacted CoinGate support and provided every piece of information they requested, including verification codes and the complete transaction hash.
CoinGate initially told me that the transaction had not been assigned to the order and that they had forwarded the transaction hash to SpectroCoin for investigation.
After months of waiting, CoinGate eventually told me that the payment could not be processed because it allegedly did not meet the requirements of the Shopper Disclaimer.
What has still not been properly explained is "what happened to the actual funds."
I have repeatedly asked for a specific explanation of:
* Which exact requirement the transaction allegedly violated
* Why the payment was rejected
* Whether SpectroCoin actually received and identified the transaction
* What happened to the funds after the blockchain transaction was confirmed
* What procedure is available to recover or return the funds
Instead of receiving a clear transaction-specific explanation, I have been referred between CoinGate and the payment gateway.
From a customer's perspective, this is extremely concerning.
I am not disputing a normal failed payment where the money never left the customer's wallet. In this case, the blockchain transaction was completed, yet the customer has neither the purchased product nor the funds.

I have kept the complete email correspondence and transaction information and can provide it to the relevant parties if necessary.
I am posting this review so that other customers considering using SpectroCoin for cryptocurrency payments are aware of my experience.
I am still willing to resolve this directly and professionally. I am asking for only one of two reasonable outcomes:
1. Process the payment and complete the original order; or
2. Provide a clear and legitimate procedure for returning the funds to the originating wallet.
I will update this review if the matter is eventually resolved.
Until then, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend using SpectroCoin for payments where the customer expects a clear and accountable resolution if something goes wrong.
I have contacted with LiveChat with agent Wilson, and he admired me with his responses and how fast he is to solve my issue, I would rate this guy 10/10 tbh
most shady website out there, keeps your money because "you violated the shopper disclaimer" which is nowhere to be seen, no where shown but you automatically agree when purchasing using spectrocoin. they as they please take whatever reason they want where they say "you anonymized" your payment, identity or whatever and just keep your money without refund. dont use this trash provider.
SpectroCoin holding my confirmed crypto payment worth $115, refusing to release or refund
I sent a crypto payment through SpectroCoin’s gateway for a gift card order on "CoinGate Giftcard". The transaction was fully confirmed on the blockchain and sent to the exact address provided by their system.
After the payment did not process, I immediately contacted SpectroCoin and provided the transaction hash, screenshots, order details, and all proofs. They kept telling me to “wait” for over a week. When they finally replied, they said the payment “violates the shopper disclaimer” and they are unable to release the funds to the merchant, reverse it, or issue a refund. They gave no specific explanation of which rule was supposedly broken.
I was never a direct SpectroCoin customer, I simply used the payment gateway offered at checkout by the merchant. I followed every step correctly and acted in good faith.
SpectroCoin is now simply holding the funds with no resolution. This is not an isolated case, many other customers have reported the exact same problem with gift card payments through their gateway.
I have asked them to either release the payment to CoinGate or refund it to the original sending wallet address. So far they have refused both.

If you are considering using SpectroCoin as a payment gateway, be very careful. Once they decide not to process a confirmed payment, getting your money back becomes extremely difficult.
I will update this review if they finally release the funds or issue a refund.
Update : they have refused to refund my money or reverse the transaction or release the payment to merchant, in name of compliance they are stealing users funds. STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM

At first, everything seems fine. But once you come across any problem, the help desk takes forever to help. I haven't been able to login to my account again. It's still blocked. (My other computer had the logins) They respond, but don't seem to help.
I wouldn't trust this place with my money again.

J'ai 5 dépôts par virements bancaires en attente depuis quasi 48h. j'ai reçu un mail du SAV me demandant une information que j'ai fournis en même pas 1h, je n'ai aucun retour du service en question depuis 48h et mes virements sont toujours en attente !!!! Je relance depuis ce matin le SAV qui me fait tourner en rond. Inacceptable et HONTEUX. Si je n'ai pas de retour demain je clôture mon compte et j'adapterais cet avis.
UPDATE : Tout c'était bien passé au final, et depuis ce matin, compte restreint. ils m'ont demander des infos et j'ai tout envoyer (3 derniers extraits de compte etc..) j'ai plus de 700€ sur le compte spectrocoin et je peux même plus me connecter au compte.
