Embilyブランドは、初期はシンガポールのB-I-G.PRO PTE. LTDによって運営され、その後ヨーロッパ事業はエストニアのEmbily OÜが使用しました。Embily OÜは2021年に登録され、登記上の事業は主にビジネスコンサルティングとトレーニングであり、2023年および2024年の売上はゼロで、企業登録ページには削除公告が表示されています。過去のVisaカードは、リトアニアの電子マネー機関Walletto UABがカード流通プログラムを通じて発行をサポートしていました。Wallettoはリトアニア銀行の第33号電子マネー機関ライセンスを保有しています。
カード概要
Embily Card はプリチャージ方式を採用していました。暗号資産は加盟店での引き落とし時に即時売却されるのではなく、まず Embily のカストディアル口座内でユーロに変換され、その後、独立したカード残高へチャージされていました。バーチャルカードは本人確認完了後、比較的短時間で発行でき、主にオンライン取引と Apple Pay に使用されていました。プラスチックカードには、チップ、非接触型決済、実店舗での利用、ATM での現金引き出し機能が追加されていました。過去のカードは Visa ネットワーク上で運用され、カード発行および電子マネー基盤は Walletto UAB が提供していました。
Embily は後期に Visa カードを Mastercard へ移行する計画を立て、一時的に物理カードの発行を停止していましたが、継続的に運営される新たなカードプログラムには至りませんでした。現在、公式ウェブサイトには有効なカード製品、料金、申請条件、利用規約が表示されていません。個人向け銀行サービスのページには口座ログイン画面のみが残されており、公開されている苦情は、チャージの遅延、残高への未反映、返金の困難、カスタマーサポートとの連絡途絶に集中しています。

Ich habe die Embelly Produkte 12 Wochen! genommen, doch leider hat es die Syptome nur kurzfristig gebessert, nach 3 Wochen ist wieder alles beim alten. Bis eine leichte Besserung überhaput eingetreten ist, hat es sogar 4 Wochen gedauert.
Das mir zustehende Beratungsgespäch hätte ich gern in Anspruch genommen, doch leider hätte ich darauf wochenlang warten müssen, also viel zu spät für Fragen.

Crypto wird nicht gutgeschrieben da angeblich visa nicht unterstützt wird obwohl auf der Homepage visa angepriesen wird.. Betrug seit 60 Tagen Geld weg und nur ausreden.

Leider kann man nicht weniger als 1 Stern geben. Das sind Scammer. Ich warte seit über 2 Monaten auf ca. 100 Dollar. Ich hatte diese 100 Dollar auf meine Visa Karte geschickt. Nach ein paar Tage hatte ich gefragt wo das Geld bleibt, dann hatten sie geschrieben das sie nicht mehr mit Visa arbeiten und es jetzt zu technischen Schwierigkeiten und Wartezeiten kommen kann weil die Karte eben nicht mehr existiert. Ich fragte dann regelmäßig wöchentlich nach. Nach dem ich dann nach 2 Monaten immer noch nicht das Geld hatte, habe ich eine nicht so freundliche Nachricht hinterlassen. 2 Tage später bekam ich eine Email das ich mich nochmal verifizieren muss und zwar mit so vielen Dokumente das man ganz klar von Schikane sprechen kann. Komisch das ich ausgerechnet jetzt mein Konto wieder verifizieren muss. Diese Firma ist einfach das allerletzte. Kann nur jedem davon abraten. Keine Ahnung wie man so sein kann, das man den Ärmsten Leuten so die Kohle aus der Tasche ziehen kann, einfach nur assozial.

I deposited $1000 to my account, they didnt show up after 2 weeks so I reached out to the chat and was told to have some patience. This continued on repeat, was giving multipe different dates but the money never showed up on my account.
Now its been 2 months and I still have yet to see my money and they keep saying I have to wait and cannot get a refund.

There is clearly an issue at this "company" They continually tell you they are waiting to replace liquidity, but your transactions are in the processing queue..... I have some transactions nearing 1 month with no funds in my account. Stay away. Almost looks like a rug pull.
