カード概要

Moon は「暗号資産でプラットフォーム残高またはプリペイドカードを購入する」という決済構造を採用しています。ユーザーはまず、BTC のオンチェーン取引、Bitcoin Lightning、TRON ネットワークの USDT、または Polygon ネットワークの USDC で Moon Credit を購入し、その残高を Moon X Card で共有して利用します。一方、Moon 1X Card は購入時に金額が一度だけ確定し、発行後に再チャージすることはできません。 Moon X Card の有効期間は3年間で、130を超える国と地域の対象オンライン加盟店で利用でき、複数回の購入やサブスクリプションの支払いに適しています。Moon 1X Card の有効期間は2か月で、1枚あたりの金額は5～1,000米ドルとなり、主に米国のオンライン加盟店向けです。現在、どちらのカードも Apple Pay、Google Pay、実店舗でのカード決済、ATM での現金引き出しには対応していません。Moon Credit は銀行預金ではなく、政府の預金保険による保護もありません。アカウントに異常がある場合、プラットフォームは残高、カード、または返金機能を制限することがあります。

PayWithMoon locked my $60 for months – forced verification and no refund! Review text: I have been trying to withdraw my $60 Moon Credit balance for several months now, but the withdrawal option remains inactive. When I try to request a BTC refund, it takes me to the “Verify account” page. I followed the instructions, submitted my government ID, and the status changed to “In review”. Since then, there has been zero progress and no response from support. I have contacted support multiple times with no useful reply. This service used to work without heavy KYC, but now they are holding my small balance hostage and forcing full verification just to get my own money back. This experience is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for such a small amount. Poor communication and very slow (or non-existent) refund process. I do not recommend this service. Be careful — your funds can easily get stuck for months.

This site is a scamming site.

This site is a scamming site. Once you deposite your funds, you can be sure 100% that you can't get your funds back. I asked them to send my funds to the address which I deposited it from, but they refused it and continues to ask me to pass ID verification that has never been asked when depositing funds. This is totally a scamming site and even on Trustpilot, their response are all the same. "We understand this situation is frustrating. Once the required account verification is completed, refunds are processed in accordance with our policies." Please don't use this platform. It's 100% scam

This platform is extremely frustrating to deal with. Pay With Moon feels unreliable, especially when it comes to handling funds and resolving account issues. Even after following all required procedures and completing verification, problems were not properly addressed. It is a scammer company

I've been suspended by this company, they have frozen my assets and their customer support is not responding clearly. They send you links very late and then they claim that it has been expired because of their own delay. It's been 5-6 month since they restricted my access and not answering my emails. I've used it for couple of months, it was doing good, but you can expect them to freeze you anytime they wish without any clear reason.

Your account has been restricted as follows: you cannot create a card, you cannot purchase Moon Credit and you cannot request off platform refunds.

This platform is terrible. I had legitimate funds from my wallet in my account, and I didn’t do anything against their policies as described on the website, but my funds are frozen. I went through KYC verification TWICE! But they say they’re working on it and are just ignoring me!

Account suspended with no clear explanation — $100 withheld

I used PayWithMoon, but my account was suspended. Support told me: “This account was suspended for violating Moon’s terms, including around merchant abuse. This decision is final.” They refuse to explain what I allegedly did wrong. No specific Terms section, no transaction IDs, no merchant names, no dates - just a vague “merchant abuse” statement. The response I received was basically “final decision,” with no transparent dispute/appeal process and no clear refund procedure.
