カード概要
Spenda の中核的な仕組みは、「暗号資産の入金 — 法定通貨への自動変換 — ローカル口座およびカード決済」という一体型の流れであり、暗号資産を長期間ウォレットに保有したままオンチェーンで直接支出する方式ではありません。ユーザーが対応する暗号資産を入金すると、資金は自動的に変換されて Spenda のナイラ口座体系に反映され、銀行振込や請求書支払いなどに利用できます。カード決済が必要な場合は、ナイラウォレットまたは暗号資産からバーチャルカードへ資金を入れることができます。現在、プラットフォームではローカル決済向けのナイラ建てバーチャルカードと、米ドル建ての決済シーン向けの USD バーチャルカードを提供しており、いずれも Spenda App 内で作成・管理されます。口座およびサービスの設計は、ナイジェリアおよびアフリカのユーザーによる暗号資産の法定通貨化と日常決済のニーズを明確に中心として構築されています。

Spenda has been the best cryptocurrency exchange between Naira and other currencies for me so far, especially with their recent updates. The fact that you can deposit crypto from your bank account and other crypto wallet without any charges, then send to any bank account for only ₦20 is totally amazing. Looking at the $1 fixed fee charged for any amount of crypto you want to send feels fair to me — after all, you can’t run a company without making some profit, right? 🤷♀️

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited 10 working days based on the support team’s promise that my issue would be resolved. After all that time, I was simply told that they cannot handle ADI on their infrastructure. This should have been communicated from the beginning instead of making me wait.
My funds are now stuck, and I still don’t have a proper solution—only excuses. Customer support has been slow, unhelpful, and unable to provide a clear resolution. I expected much better service, especially when it involves customers’ money.
I cannot recommend this app until they improve their customer support, communication, and fund handling process.

I have mistakenly sent funds multiple times on an unsupported chain base usdc and polygon based on too many daily transactions I perform on the app, I keep reaching out to support but they refused to help retrieve the funds at any time to all my funds are gone because of wrong chain, they are theives because this mistake will keep happening one day or the other, they are not offering help no matter the amount.
