カード概要
Wayex グローバルカードでは、Wayex アプリを通じて口座とカードを管理します。ユーザーは USDC、USDT、DAI、PYUSD、または現地の銀行チャネルを通じてチャージでき、資金は共通の米ドル残高へ集約された後、Visa プリペイドデビットカードで支払われます。グローバルバーチャルカードは審査後すぐに作成でき、Apple Pay または Google Pay に直接追加できます。物理カードは対応地域でのみ提供され、現在、グローバルカードには ATM での現金引き出し機能がありません。
オーストラリア版では独立した発行体制を採用しており、ユーザーは豪ドルまたは Wayex アカウントで保有する暗号資産を入金し、アプリ内で支払いに使用する資産を選択できます。取引が発生すると、システムが該当する資産を豪ドルへ交換して決済します。オーストラリアのユーザーはデジタルカードまたは物理カードを申請できます。デジタルカードはモバイルウォレットに追加でき、物理カードはカード決済およびオーストラリア国内の ATM での現金引き出しに利用できます。どちらのサービスもユーザー自身の残高を使用し、信用枠は提供しません。

I was expecting a payment so…
I was expecting a payment so discovering that my account had been blocked without any warning caught me completely off guard. I reached out straight away hoping there had been some kind of mistake but all I was told was that it was their decision. They asked me to send an explanation which I did the same day yet days have gone by without any meaningful. When your money is tied up, you expect clear communication and wondering if anyone is actually looking into my case. I no longer use this platform and manage my investments through #Market#Integrity#

Avoid this service.
My account was blocked without any warning while I was expecting a payment. The company refused to explain why and simply claimed it was their "final decision." They then asked me to send an explanation, which I did immediately, but they have ignored me for days.
When a company has access to your money, the least they can do is communicate honestly and transparently. Instead, I've been met with silence and generic responses.
Based on my experience, I would never trust this company with my money again.
One more thing. If I'm lucky, perhaps someone from your team will reply to this review and tell me that I should raise my concerns by email instead of posting them publicly here.
Well, I already did.
I sent the detailed explanation you requested. I also tried to contact your support through live chat. I received no meaningful response through either channel. After being ignored, I had no choice but to share my experience publicly.
If you had simply communicated with your customer instead of remaining silent, this review wouldn't exist.

Unable to close my account despite repeated follow‑ups
I requested to close my account on 12 Feb 2026. However, it is with deep disappointment that the status remains pending despite numerous reminders to customer support. I am totally in the dark as to when the account will be closed, if ever. This raises the question of whether account cancellation is even possible.
