Absolute joke of a support – Payout blocked by system bug

The automated payout system completely rejects valid 20-character foreign IBANs (like Lithuanian ZEN.com accounts), claiming it's the 'wrong length'. Instead of fixing their buggy system or processing the transfer manually, customer support tells me to contact my bank. Complete nonsense and a cheap excuse to withhold funds. If this isn't resolved immediately, a formal complaint to the financial regulatory authorities will follow.

Everything were smooth

Everything were smooth. I'm using them regularly to receive funds in their platform. They reply fast. Also there are always online people (not chatbots) that can help you with your request. Even recently banking partner requested additional information and they didn't give up, helped me and I have received the funds. Yes, from time to time they are delays in the transfer, but that's a normal for almost every such provider. Especially when you are not transferring funds internally. They have SEPA and Swift available which is very rare. Also the crypto transfer is working like a charm!

This is a fraudulent platform

This is a fraudulent platform, they debited my account €50 for an incoming payment which they themselves cancelled claiming the sender used “TARGET” instead of “SEPA” whereas the same sender’s previous payment from “TARGET” was accepted. Nowhere in their T&Cs , does it state there’s a 50€ penalty for such , or an prior warning against receiving payments using “TARGET”. I want my 50€ else i will take this up with the Central Bank in Cyprus. Scammers

Charged for “bank taxes” on an unused account – unacceptable and unethical!

I opened an account with Credits.com but never used it — no transactions, no deposits, no withdrawals, nothing. Two months later, I was shocked to receive a request from them asking me to pay “bank taxes” despite the fact that I have never used the account in any way. This is unacceptable. No company should be charging customers for an unused account without clearly explaining such fees at the start. I never agreed to pay for something I didn’t use, and the lack of transparency is alarming. I have reached out to their support team for clarification, but so far, their response has been slow and unhelpful. I strongly advise anyone considering using Credits.com to read the fine print carefully and be aware that they may charge you for simply having an account — even if you never touch it. Until this issue is resolved and my account is closed without charges, I will not recommend their services to anyone.
