do not recommend

I paid $100 for an annual card back in January which was then removed from my account for no clear reason. Upon contacting support about this they refused to help, saying they will look into it after I go through a kyc process (why this kyc process wasn't required initially I don't understand - I guess they want to lower the entry barrier to get more purchases). They also add a $10 deposit fee along with 8% of the deposited amount on most crypto deposits which is much more than I expected. I feel scammed. So beware of the hidden fees and the fact they may remove your card and likely force you to complete kyc despite it not being required on signup.

Each card has a fixed top-up fee, a monthly maintenance fee, and an international transaction fee if a payment is made outside the defined region. Regarding card status, cards remain active as long as the renewal fee is paid. However, our security system may temporarily suspend a card if it detects activity that could indicate a potential violation of our Terms of Service. For example, repeated payment attempts that exceed the available card balance may trigger a temporary suspension until the activity is reviewed. If you believe your card was suspended by mistake, please contact our Support team via chat. We will gladly investigate your case and provide further assistance. Beware of default "Auto-refill" traps and hidden internal fees

[UPDATE - July 3]: After posting this review, Senior Management reached out to me directly. They apologized for how the initial support agent handled the situation and fully refunded the $5.38 fee to my account. I appreciate that they stepped in and resolved the issue professionally. However, I am leaving my original experience below because I still strongly believe the default "Auto-refill" setting is misleading for new users and the platform should change this practice. --- Original Review --- Be very careful when using this platform. I made my very first deposit into my main balance, and without any clear warning or confirmation prompt, their system immediately triggered a default "Auto-refill" setting. It automatically moved my funds into an issued Ultima card. When I realized this automated action and manually moved my funds back to my main balance right away, I was hit with $5.38 in internal transfer fees. In just a few minutes, I lost money to fees for a transaction I never actively initiated. I contacted customer support to request a one-time courtesy refund for these fees since I am a new user and the action was an automated system default. The support agent (Alexis) completely refused, hiding behind their "non-refundable pricing policy" instead of helping a new customer. Setting features to automatically deduct user funds by default is a classic "dark pattern" designed to generate unfair fees. Very disappointing customer service and misleading interface. Proceed with caution.
