Got my card the other day

Got my card the other day, load up with £200 from USCD in my ledger and wall went perfectly, able to withdraw cash from ATM also, good interest rates on stable coins too, my only concern and it’s a big one preventing me from adding large sums, and it’s the amount of reviews saying accounts frozen and funds locked with no support….other than the major downside it would be 5 stars.

Many of the accounts that are restricted or closed are often involved in fraudulent or illegal/prohibited activities. The nature of the online media often hides the truth from spectators - many of these cases that we've investigated in the past were found to be engaged in illegal activities. FUD is easiest to spread, clients who use their Kraken account daily without problems typically don’t post about their positive experiences, which can make closures seem more frequent than they are. SCAM ACCOUNT DO NOT BOTHER OPENING! They've done this to thousands of people, it can't be a coincidence. They'll let you open the account make a few transactions, then they'll just freeze the whole account disregarding people have livelihoods and blocking a bank account, obstructs that. Go on trust pilot they have thousands of people saying the exact same thing. It's a shame they operate like this because their app is very smooth. I want my account re opened or close my account and return my funds

Awful, after the update it logged me out. I tried to login but it said password was wrong. In the past I had a Kraken account which I deactivated, deleted. I tried to recover the password and it sent me to the Kraken site, which was ok and I changed it. But when I tried to login, it asked for 2fa, I never put a 2fa on Krak, I had for Kraken in the past and obviously I don't have the key anymore. I don't see why Krak would ask me for the old Kraken 2fa key.

Thehuge gaps between buy and sell…The huge gaps between buy and sell prices, fake trading. Coins that aren’t traded anywhere else. Very low volume. Being forced to use ridiculously small amounts of money sent as gifts at the market price. Why can’t I enter the price I want? Especially when there’s already such a huge gap.. not recommenred at all

Just a couple of things that might help: the wide spreads and low volume you're seeing tend to happen with smaller, less popular coins, this comes down to overall liquidity for that specific asset rather than something we control on our end. Also, good news, you don't have to use market price! If you switch to a limit order instead, you can set the exact price you're comfortable buying or selling at, rather than accepting the current market rate. If you let us know which coin(s) you've been trading, we'd love to take a closer look and see if there's anything else going on.
