Excellent aggregator - should be invented if he didn't already exist. Just be aware that there are black sheep among his "partners", and when something "goes wrong" they'll say "outside our control" - and Trocador will say "outside their control". Real story, see my review on StealthEx - and I had followed up with Trocador who had ranked him high based on his "maybe, when I feel like it" promise of 30 minutes turnaround.
Update: How do you know they read this review and tacitly accept that my warning was justified? By the fact that they did not answer - they have a good thing going - and they're not going to be held accountable for the black sheep they let graze on our meadow and skim our swaps - a big herd is better than a good one for them.
Update 2: To their credit Trocador not only reacted here (plugging the "outside their control" line) but also reached out to me and offered compensation for the delay. That's as good as it gets in the modern world, of which crypto-finance is a very typical part - whatever were it's founding principles, but then there's not much Jesus left in Christianity, either. There were times when the cratsman that made your Swiss watch stood in for lifelong service and when your Rolls broke down in the Midle East you got spares and repair - and your later offer to pay way rejected ("there was no repair") - and you CAN still buy a Mercedes that can travel comfortably at 120mph without it's rear-bonnet flying off or the wind wheezing/whining through the door-frames and the thunder of turbulences driving you mad - and you are not told that the 120mph is an average you have no claim to - and on some days they may deliver a vehicle which just does 30mph.

Pro-Tip: You have to grab them where it hurts.
Final Update: Received Trocador's compensation and assurance to monitor their partners and so am closing this case on a positive note bumping up my rating by one.

The partner StealthEx had a temporary issue with one of their Liquidity Providers, so they routed your swap to another centralized exchange which waits for a superior number of block confirmations, so that caused a delay on your swap. The ETA we display on Trocador is an average of how much time it takes for a swap, considering all the swaps performed recently on that service. However it is not the same as to say your swap would take exactly a certain amount of time. The important part is that you did receive your funds on your address at the end, and also that our support team provided you help through e-mail. In no circumstance you were left alone. Having said that, our support team is still pursuing StealthEx to refund you the difference from the market rate, and even if they don't do it, we will raise the issue to the Trocador core team. I am sharing my personal experience so that other users can better understand the potential risks of prolonged AML/KYC reviews when using crypto swap services and exchange aggregators.
This post is not intended as harassment or a definitive accusation.
It reflects my own unresolved experience, timeline, and the documentation I submitted throughout the review process.
Case Information

As of today, this case has remained under AML/compliance review for more than two months.
What Happened
I chose to use Trocador because the exchange rates and fees appeared competitive.
After submitting the transaction, the case entered an AML review process and has remained unresolved for an extended period of time.
Throughout this process, I was repeatedly asked to provide extensive verification materials, including:
Government-issued ID
KYC verification
Handwritten declaration
Wallet ownership proof
Source-of-funds explanations
Blockchain transaction history
Continuous unedited verification video
I fully cooperated with every request made by the compliance team.

Important Technical Context
One important issue is that I use the Exodus wallet.
Exodus is an HD wallet that automatically generates multiple internal/change addresses.
Some addresses involved in transactions are not always directly visible inside the wallet interface itself.
I explained this multiple times and provided blockchain references and transaction flow explanations to support this.
I also explained that Exodus does not currently support traditional message signing.
Main Concern
My concern is not that AML reviews exist.
I understand compliance reviews are part of the crypto industry.
The difficult part has been:
Extremely long delays
Repeated requests for additional information
Unclear remaining concerns
Lack of concrete timelines
Long periods without meaningful updates
At one stage, I was informed that the case had been escalated to the review team and that I should receive an update “within the next few days.”
However, additional long waiting periods followed afterward without meaningful resolution.
Why I Am Posting This
I am posting this because I believe users should understand the possible risks associated with:
Prolonged compliance holds
Restricted access to funds
Repeated verification requests
Uncertain resolution timelines
