卡片概览
USD Virtual Prepaid Card 由 Airtm 应用提供申请和管理入口，用户可在卡片控制面板查看卡号、有效期、CVV、余额和交易记录，并从 Airtm 的 USDC 余额向卡片充值。资金充值后形成独立的美元预付卡余额，消费时直接从该余额扣除，不会形成透支或信用负债。卡片支持本地及国际线上购物、循环订阅、数字广告、旅行预订和游戏平台等场景，也可通过 Apple Pay 或 Google Pay完成线下非接触支付。卡片余额不能通过 ATM 提取；如需将余额转回 Airtm，必须删除卡片并一次性转回全部剩余资金。赌博、枪支、毒品、成人服务及金融服务类商户受到限制。

Very poor customer support experience with AirTM. My transactions was put on hold since June 23. contacted support multiple times. I only get generic automated responses with no real solution. No human agent, no escalation. For a platform that handles money, this level of support is unacceptable. My funds are still locked with no clear timeline. I expected much better. Ticket still unresolved. Until support improves, I cannot recommend AirTM.
