卡片概览
Cypher Card 将非托管加密钱包与 Visa 支付账户连接。用户在钱包中保留私钥，需要消费时再将支持资产转换为美元并加载至卡片账户；完成加载后，卡片像普通 Visa 卡一样从美元余额扣款。美国法律文件将当地方案定义为由加密资产抵押支持、年利率为0%的信用卡；面向美国以外用户的 Cypher Spend Card 则采用卡片额度与用户还款或抵押资产清算相结合的结构。产品原提供免费首张虚拟卡、PVC 实体卡和 Premium 金属卡，并支持消费限额控制、国家白名单、卡片冻结、手机钱包及现金提取。2026年7月8日起已关闭充值、新申请及发卡，现有用户只能在最终期限前消费或提取余额。

Am very regretful ever encouraging this app which you can spend forever waiting for it to open when you click the app, i didn't have intention of giving them even zero star but by default they have forced me to click on one star. It's exactly delayed as the app keeps telling to hold on in no expiration time.

Horrible customer services I lost 506.98 usdc and I been asking for help to withdraw or transfer the money back to my personal wallet and they Mute me and block me. That was the only money I had to growth and just like that they stole my money. I advise you to not put your money here if you dont want to loose it all.
