Refunds
I had an account on ether.fi and requested the cancellation of my account and card. However, two purchases I made on TEMU were refunded, and the refunds were credited to my ether.fi card. I opened a chat and have been waiting for a response for several days, but they always ask me to wait and say they are monitoring it. I have already sent the refund receipt provided by TEMU, as well as the ARN numbers for both refunds. Now, speaking as a layman, I don't understand why it's so difficult to track the money using the ARN. I don't understand the reason for the delay. I have been waiting for a concrete answer for more than 10 days.
Before opening the ticket, I tried to recover the account within 14 days, but it was not possible to access it. I created a new account using the same email as the old account, but the account started as new, without recovering the data from the old account.
Can you help me recover the money?

statements, name tag and new cards
I like etherfi's workability on self-custodial fund & its earn services. I can see etherfi upgrading itself reasonably. The new features like downloadable statements, AI spending integration, and the @name tagging system significantly improve the utility of etherfi services, making my finance's management much more efficient. I got virtual cards before those update, now I have to get new ones direct in the application page or inside the app. Overall it's really nice to use etherfi services.

Worst company
Worst company. Used their services for a year and one day just was logged out from my account. All cars were disabled. Tried to log in again and get message “there is no account with such email”. I didn’t even get any message from them. Support answers nothing, just “we escalate this issue” and pretend that there wasn’t any account. So I don’t even understand what happened. Seems to be that they just banned my account, disabled all cards and stole all money that were on account. There was quite big amount and they stole all of them. NEVER use this service. It may be okay for month, but one day be sure, they lock your account and steal all your funds without any message, pretending that’s they don’t understand

Ether.fi is a non-custodial platform, and as such, we don't have the ability to freeze your assets, or control or access your funds directly.
Your account was restricted from receiving cashback on our platform due to fraudulent purchase and referral activity on your account.
You then subsequently and separately lost access to both your passkeys and the original email that your account was registered under. Although our team attempted to assist you, if you lose access to your passkeys and your account email, since we are a non-custodial platform, the only thing we can offer you in that situation is to follow our vault recovery process, which you declined to do.
