been using it fine until we get the kyc update.. agent kept saying my account is already approved and verified. but until now it still says "verifying account on the app". my money is stuck i can't withdraw.

They told me they would pay me if I gave them a five star review. Now they haven't paid me and I've decided to tell the truth. In my opinion, they are trying to do something dishonest by giving fake reviews. You should be careful with your money.

Feedback on the new KYC process: it's too strict and only accepts a small percentage of applicants. While security matters, this risks frustrating genuine customers and driving them to competitors. I'd recommend finding a better balance between compliance and accessibility.

After the latest patch, the push notifications are more reliable. I get price alerts right when they happen, which helps me stay on top of the market. The settings page now lets me customize the alert tone, which is a nice touch. Minor suggestion: a snooze option would be useful.
