Update: they suspiciously charge you interest after you pay your full statement. How is that even legal? The main flaw on this app, is it tries not to use your bank. You have to add money from your bank to buy stock. Then you make the purchase. If you try to invest $20 but you have $19 already, it will let you and then warn you that you are short with absolutely no explanation. This is so outdated. The reason for this is so you'll use their official credit card to make them money.

there are some issues. mainly being some places don't consider this a real bank account even though it is. also I can't get my new card info after ordering a new one. also they randomly take your overdraft feature away if you decide to take a vacation at work and don't get paid for a month and it's only $50 tops to begin with. I feel like it wants to be a real bank without offering all of the benefits of one.

You can view your new debit card info by going to your Banking homepage, selecting Checking, tapping the gear icon, and opening the Debit Card section. no wonder this app went down to a 3.7 rating. i was so excited to start my investing journey because this app is recommended online everywhere but i tried signing up for the self directed account twice with my information and every time i logged back in it would restart the progress and not save. that is so frustrating and led me to delete the app. i'll look into others that actually work.

worst experience I've ever had with a bank besides one pay. thought it was going to go wonderfully at first due to what i saw in the app and website with their "rewards" and credit builder, and every feature like buying stocks and crypto but i swear nothing but bad came from me making an account and it was the worst banking experience I've had ever. Don't even want to know who runs the company and their "customer service" is not very good at servicing their customers a dang bit. Youll hate it
