卡片概览
Stables 前身为 Tiiik，早期定位为面向消费者的稳定币钱包，通过统一余额支持稳定币持有、买卖、转账和银行卡消费。2023 年 Stables 与 Mastercard、Circle 合作在澳大利亚推出虚拟预付卡，随后于 2024 年扩展至欧洲及更多国际市场。卡片以 USDC 等稳定币作为主要资金来源，用户无需先手动提现至银行即可在 Mastercard 商户消费。到 2026 年，Stables 完成业务方向调整，从消费者钱包和银行卡转向企业级 USDt 支付 API、虚拟账户、KYC/KYB 和跨境资金移动服务，原 Stables Card 于 2026 年 3 月 25 日正式退出。

中国大陆适用性
1、中国大陆：当前不可申请且不可继续作为正常运营产品使用，Stables Card 已于 2026 年 3 月停止服务，个人银行卡业务已退出。
2、香港：当前不可申请新的 Stables Card；Stables Group 仍设有香港业务主体，但现阶段主营企业级稳定币支付基础设施而非个人银行卡。
3、澳门：当前不可申请新的 Stables Card，个人银行卡产品已经整体停止运营，澳门也不存在现行开放的 Stables Card 申请入口。
4、台湾：当前不可申请且不能按正常运营卡片使用，原消费者卡业务已经终止，Stables 当前产品方向为企业级 USDt 跨境支付。
