OriginalRedotPay 采用按用户居住地分配卡片计划的方式运营，包括香港 Visa 项目和新加坡 Visa 项目。香港项目通过冻结并转换账户中的数字资产或虚拟账户余额结算卡片交易；新加坡项目则将 RedotPay Card 定义为 Visa 借记卡，可连接托管钱包或智能合约金库。用户完成 KYC 后，可选择虚拟卡、实体卡或 Solana Card，并使用 USDT、USDC、BTC、ETH、SOL 等支持资产消费。自 2026 年 1 月 21 日起，新发行卡片统一使用美元结算；旧卡仍可能保留港币结算。具体消费限额由系统根据用户和卡片计划显示在 App 内。
