カード概要
Paxful Debit Card は2020年に Ternio の BlockCard ホワイトラベルカード発行プラットフォームを通じて提供が開始され、当初は米国のユーザーのみを対象としていました。ユーザーは Paxful アカウント内のデジタル資産を米ドル建てカード残高へ交換し、バーチャル Visa カードを取得するか、物理カードを申請して、Visa 加盟店や ATM で利用できました。基盤となる BlockCard は繰り返しチャージ可能な汎用プリペイドカードプログラムで、Metropolitan Commercial Bank が発行し、CashPass Network がプログラム管理者を務めていました。
このカードでは現在、申請、チャージ、決済サービスのいずれも提供されていません。Paxful は2025年10月に事業終了を発表し、2025年11月1日以降、取引、チャージ、送金、ウォレットの通常機能を停止しました。現在の withdraw.paxful.com はカード申請サイトではなく、閉鎖期間中の残高出金ポータルです。対象となる既存アカウントが残存するデジタル資産を外部ウォレットへ移すためにのみ利用できます。

注意: Paxfulは 2025/11/01 に取引、チャージ、送信、受信、およびカード関連の通常サービスを終了しており、現在はデジタル資産の引き出し機能のみを残しています。既存ユーザーは、すべての残高を速やかに正しい外部ウォレットへ移す必要があり、旧Paxfulのチャージアドレスへ送金を続けてはなりません。関連アドレスはすでに監視を停止しており、誤送金した資産は回復できません。制限付きアカウントでは、通知受領後30日以内に残高を引き出さない場合、月額で残高の2%または2ドルのいずれか高い方が請求されます。

It seems they even stop to operate the widthdrawal of their clients after closing their website

That company is super legit company. They sent the notification on my app to withdraw your funds because they winding down the operations. I submitted and within 2-5 minutes I got my funds back in another wallet.
This company also greatly helped me previously when I forgot the backup keys and upon verifying through picture and ID verification they reset my account I got access to my funds.
Not happy to see you closing your operations. God bless you guys.

I had a terrible experience with Paxful. The platform is full of scammers, and unfortunately, the moderators seem to protect them instead of helping honest users. I opened a dispute and provided every piece of evidence they requested. For three months, they kept asking me to wait, and then suddenly they terminated my account without any explanation.
I lost both my time and my trust in Paxful. Be very careful if you decide to use this platform — their support system is unreliable, and you might end up losing your money with no help at all.

This is highly unprofessional and shows that the platform was never safe or transparent.
