カード概要

finally sold some of BTC after holding for ages

Bought a card through thebitcoincompany.com, which gives a visa card from yourrewardcard.com. The card never worked in any online shop. After some days, card was blocked, and you needed to call support. Customer support is only reachable through a US phone number, no email ... of course they couldn't help and wanted to collect all your personal data. it's a scam.

I have purchased $16.89 USD virtual visa card I'm unable to set this as payment method in my Google play I don't know why. It says please check your CVV or Expiry date is correct even after putting correct details. Somehow I managed to add $10 in my Google play now i still cannot use my $6.89 ... please help

Solid buisness. They are a small company, but at least respond within 24 hours or less. They do not use generic templates to reply to issues, nor AI generated answers. You can tell they read your messages and understand ypur issues. Good support. The app is sleek and easy to use. The people whining here are because they don't know how lightning network or Bitcoin works and want "their" money back.

You buy their gift cards and you won’t be able to use it. They will place a Hold on the card and when you call the number behind the card they will tell you they will send you a Cheque. It’s a Scam. Please be careful. Scammers .

bought a prepaid visa card and couldn't use it after buying (edit: they refunded my account and I was able to buy Amazon gift card which worked perfectly) their support said they dont know the card issuer was bad since apparently lots of people were buying them without complaints
Also said they aren't trying to run any scams
