O Spritz Card é um cartão de crédito de pagamento cripto Visa Signature oferecido pela Spritz Finance para usuários de ativos on-chain. Os usuários escolhem ativos de sua própria carteira cripto para recarregar o cartão, e a Spritz realiza a conversão dos ativos durante o processo de recarga, formando um saldo em dólar no cartão para gastos. O cartão adota um modelo de colateralização total, sem necessidade de pontuação de crédito ou staking de tokens da plataforma, é compatível com cartão virtual, Apple Pay, Google Pay, 3D Secure, e já lançou cartão físico em quantidade limitada e capacidade de uso em caixas eletrônicos.

Spritz conecta carteiras on-chain a pagamentos tradicionais, transferências bancárias e pagamento de contas, sem que o usuário precise transferir todos os ativos para uma exchange centralizada primeiro. Atualmente, o Spritz Card é um cartão de crédito Visa totalmente lastreado, onde o usuário conecta sua própria carteira e financia o cartão com ativos suportados, como USDC, ETH, SOL, BTC; a plataforma realiza roteamento entre cadeias, conversão e liquidação em dólar antes do consumo. O cartão não possui crédito rotativo tradicional, juros ou fatura mensal; o poder de compra é suportado pelos fundos carregados. O cartão virtual pode ser usado imediatamente e adicionado ao Apple Pay e Google Pay; o cartão físico está em emissão limitada, com suporte a tarja magnética, chip, pagamento por aproximação e uso em caixas eletrônicos. Support Experience
The experience with Support has been outstanding, particularly with Ley. I had many questions to be answered and issues to be resolved. This has been over a period of months, and everytime I get a quick response within hours if not immediately. This is in stark contrast with other companies where I've waited for days, a week or two, or no response at all. Keep up the great work Spritz!

I've been using Spritz for over a year and I love it. I can send direct to my bank account, debit card, or use the physical card and virtual card I have. Easy, fast, very low fees, and one thing I appreciate so much is the customer support, Ley! Go on X (twitter) and do a search for these scammers. They have stolen so much from users. Do not trust these people with $1 of your money because they will steal it. There are hundreds of people who have had their funds frozen for over a year and spritz will not give their money back. Buyer beware - only use if you want to scammed
Great UX, terrible customer care. Can’t even imagine how to describe to you the slow careless nature of these Chatbot workers. And since I can’t post a reply I’ll make an edit - you can see below where spritz disregards the issue at hand - poor support. As a note spritz. You can improve your service by adding labels that aren’t misleading so we know who and what we are speaking to in your chat portal - ai or person, and the time, date and other relavant info. I’ve had both of my tickets opened handled by a person who interjects between the “ai” messages. More communication, faster. PLEASE. I remind you that I CHOOSE spritz as my crypto card. I LIKE the idea of cutting you guys a couple dollars from my purchases now and then. Granted that you allow me to make purchases to begin with

Your card top-up issue has since been resolved. While the issue occurred outside of our support hours, our team investigated it as soon as we were back online (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET), prioritized it internally, and worked with our engineering team to resolve it promptly.

Sprintz Finance is a very good company. They will help you through any problems, concerns and questions you may have or you experiencing. Send them an email or ask a question in the app, and Ley will respond very timely and quickly with the answers to your questions, problem, or concerns. When you submit a payment it don't take long for you to receive your funds in your account. I also like the fact that payments can be ACH, or wire transfer which makes it very easy to receive your fund in your account. I'm glad I found Sprintz Finance
