卡片概览
当前 Binance Card 与已经停止的欧洲 Visa 卡属于不同项目。Global Program 由 Immersve Limited 发行 Mastercard，目前只有虚拟卡，可从 Spot、Funding Account 中设置至少 3 种、最多 12 种支付资产，并可绑定移动钱包后用于线上及线下非接触消费。巴西版本由 Pomelo Instituição de Pagamento Ltda. 发行 Mastercard，提供虚拟卡及实体卡，支持 BRL 结算、ATM 取现和分级 KYC 限额。两套项目均采用实时加密资产转换，但地区资格、费用、支持资产、返现和 ATM 能力分别执行。

中国大陆适用性
1、中国大陆：不可使用中国大陆居民资格申请现行 Binance Card；境外合法取得的 Mastercard 可在接受境外 Mastercard 的中国大陆商户消费。
2、香港：当前不支持香港居民申请现行 Binance Card；境外已合法取得的 Mastercard 可在香港相应线上及线下受理商户使用。
3、澳门：当前不支持澳门居民直接申请现行 Binance Card；境外已发行卡仍可在澳门接受 Mastercard 的合资格商户消费。
4、台湾：可通过 Global Program 申请 Mastercard 虚拟卡，需完成 Binance KYC 并通过卡片地区资格审核；获卡后可进行线上及移动钱包消费。

⭐⭐⭐ Algo Trading needs a major update. Binance should introduce a better Algo Trading / Strategy Marketplace with reliable pre-built strategies, backtesting, risk levels, performance history, and safe auto-execution. This would make the platform much more useful for serious traders. Also, please make the app more lightweight and optimized for phones with limited RAM and storage.
