Club Swan Card 是原 Club Swan 会员制金融与生活服务体系中的加密支付卡，通过多币种账户、数字资产兑换和 Mastercard 预付卡连接日常消费。用户在运营期间可持有法币及支持的加密资产，将数字资产兑换为传统货币后进行线上、线下消费或 ATM 取现，并结合旅行、购物及礼宾服务使用。该卡片体系目前已停止正常运营，不再接受新申请。
原 Club Swan 平台将会员服务、数字资产钱包、多币种支付账户和实体卡整合在同一体系中，金融服务主要由 Nvayo Limited 提供。用户注册后选择会员等级、完成身份验证并为账户充值，可在美元、欧元、英镑等账户与加密资产之间转换，再通过卡片完成消费。产品最后公开的主要等级为 Starter、Premier、VIP 和 Chairman，其中高等级使用铝合金或不锈钢卡片。2023 年 8 月 8 日，英国 FCA 限制 Nvayo 在未经同意情况下继续提供电子货币服务；2025 年 2 月 10 日 Nvayo 因资不抵债进入特别管理。当前 clubswan.com 已不再展示原卡片产品，而变为波兰语金融科技资讯网站。

Selbst Ultima Members hat in seinem letzten Schreiben erklärt, dass Club Swan für die Auszahlung zuständig ist. Seitdem ist alles stillgelegt, es gibt keine Auszahlung, keine Reaktion, keine Verantwortung. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass Club Swan bewusst mit Ultima zusammengearbeitet hat, um Gelder verschwinden zu lassen. Vertrauen ist gleich null.

Gelder nicht mehr verfügbar. Zahlungsabwickler hat von heute auf morgen "Zusammenarbeit" eingestellt. Nun sind Gelder seit 2 Monaten blockiert, nichts wird ausgezahlt oder kann verwendet werden.
I transfered usdt to the club swan address like normal. I went to sell it to usd and it says temporarly unable to complete transaction. Chat with a rep and they said they are doing enhancements. I was not given a prior notice. They said they started this the 28th of June. I did not know till the 29th when I tried to do the transaction. Second chat and they said it was an unexpected error and both times have no idea when it will be fixed. WTH? My money is stuck and I need it asap. All I get are excuses. I need my money. On top of this they did manage to take the 35 dollar monthly fee from my card. Pissed! It is now the 4th of JUlY and no resolution. My money is still stuck. As of 7-7-23 no changes. Money is still stuck in their system! Stay far the hell away from clubswan!

Club swan keeps money which has been deposited more then 3 Months already! This company is already bankruptcy
their support team are really helpful, despite multiple issues (crypto, card not working and 2fa) i encountered they are able to provide resolution immediately. they even provided options for me on how will i be able to access my funds without delays. in fact, i was mad at first but when they thouroughly explained the process to me i am able to understand on how will i use my account without any issues in the future and the fun fact, is that they provide all information which is so easy to understand. Great Job!!
I have had no issues with my card/account with ClubSwan. In fact it is so easy to use when booking any travel (flights, hotels, tours) I have used it without any glitches in Asia, Europe, USA and South America. Highly recommended!
Nachweislich wurde Geld einbehalten und nicht zurück gezahlt. Kann nur jedem raten sich von diesem Unternehmen fernzuhalten.
