(C) 总部位于巴林，由巴林中央银行许可为第三级加密资产服务提供商；CoinMENA FZE 总部位于阿联酋迪拜，由迪拜虚拟资产监管局许可提供虚拟资产经纪交易服务。CoinMENA VISA Card 项目由 CoinMENA 负责品牌和客户服务，INFINIOS 作为持牌发卡机构，负责卡片发行、支付处理及项目管理，Visa 提供卡组织受理网络。
卡片概览
CoinMENA 最早于2022年加入 Visa Fintech Fast Track 项目，并公布 CoinMENA VISA Card 计划，用户可在卡片页面登记虚拟卡或实体卡偏好。2026年6月3日，CoinMENA 又宣布与 INFINIOS 建立新的卡片发行合作，由 INFINIOS 作为持牌发卡机构，提供虚拟卡、实体卡、交易处理和卡片项目管理服务。 现行卡片页面仍将产品描述为可连接数字资产并在 Visa 商户消费的借记卡，但新项目的正式发行国家、资产扣款方式、卡片币种、费用、消费限额、ATM规则及移动钱包兼容性尚未发布。CoinMENA 在2026年6月的官方通讯中表示后续将公布更多细节，因此当前产品应按等待名单项目处理，不能视为已投入日常使用的现行卡片。
