Customer support keeps giving the same canned response: "Please wait – the review is not yet complete!" DO NOT TRADE HERE; YOU WILL RUN INTO MAJOR ISSUES WHEN TRYING TO WITHDRAW YOUR FUNDS.

I have been trying to open my coinw app for 1month now it's not working..even after uninstalling and reinstalling

I'm planning to use this platform but upon checking the reviews it chilled my bones. Thank God I read the reviews. Honestly not good to recommend to anyone.

Why does this exchange take so many MBs, that's why it doesn't work well on normal phones?

The app is really smooth and fast, and overall the experience is great. However, there is one major issue: after purchasing USDT through P2P, withdrawals are unavailable for 24 hours. This can be a significant challenge for users who use the platform for business purposes, where funds may need to be transferred immediately. A shorter restriction period—or an option to withdraw after additional verification—would make the platform much more useful for business users.

Months of Account Restriction

Months of Account Restriction – Still No Resolution. UİD NO: 26649105 My account has been restricted for months. CoinW has stated that certain A/USDT and MMT/USDT trades between July 17 and July 19 were classified as “abnormal trading” or “abnormal arbitrage.” I strongly dispute this classification. I carried out normal manual trading and, throughout the review process, I cooperated with CoinW and provided the information they requested, including explanations of my trading strategy, account/KYC-related information, and supporting details. Despite this, I have repeatedly received very similar responses referring to “Risk Control” and stating that the decision is final. In my experience, my specific objections and the supporting information I submitted have not been meaningfully addressed. CoinW originally stated that the rollback amount was 8,107.09 USDT. More recently, CoinW confirmed in writing that 7,816.22 USDT remains in my account and proposed taking the entire remaining balance toward the rollback, after which the account would be released. I do not agree to surrender the entire remaining balance. I have repeatedly asked CoinW to explain, at transaction level, exactly what conduct was considered prohibited, which specific rules were violated, and what evidence supports taking my remaining funds. I am not asking to continue trading on CoinW. My request is simple: allow me to withdraw the full remaining 7,816.22 USDT and then close my account permanently... I have tried for months to resolve this privately and cooperatively. I am posting this review because the matter remains unresolved despite extensive correspondence and the information I have provided. I hope someone from CoinW’s senior Risk Control, Compliance or Legal team will review the complete case rather than sending another repetitive support response.. If CoinW resolves the matter and allows me to withdraw my remaining balance, I will update this review to accurately reflect the resolution.
