I do not understand why this website has low ratings. I was skeptical at first when i saw the ratings and only did a $20 deposit, and i was surprised to see that it worked. Keep up the good work!

I am a developer and trying the Kripi card api and verified account and api is active on my profile. 29 sep 2026 i use the api from my end and api is disabled. So I contacted the support and they said maintenance. But my profile is showing still active. I tried like every day util 5 oct and every day contacted to support no thing is there . At the end they answered me your api is disabled because of misused even I didn’t use any other service yet except from api.Unfortunately I didn’t deposit any money yet .My concern is they offer white label and their services is not good waste of money . You business will be like scam to your customers together with them .

I have an actual telegram conversation where the support team guy started to tell me if I was retarded for a simple question I asked about the OTP code. Then all by himself he said he did not want me as a customer anymore, after using the f*** word a few times.. I have screenshots of the conversation the guy was rude and totally unprofessional. This service is a scam, be aware of them. I left my 20$ there as he surely will not refund me.

I have had a very frustrating experience with KripiCard. My cards are being blocked very frequently — in my case, roughly once a week. People I know who also use the service have reported similar problems. One of my cards was blocked because I was told that a transaction amount was higher than the available card balance. Another card was blocked because I was told that Uber transactions are not allowed. Every time a card becomes blocked, replacing it requires issuing a new card, and each new card costs $15. As a result, the customer keeps paying additional fees simply to continue using the service. In my experience, this makes the service extremely unreliable and unnecessarily expensive. A payment card should not need to be replaced repeatedly because of ordinary failed transactions or because a particular merchant such as Uber was used. I would not recommend this service unless KripiCard changes its card-blocking policy and stops charging customers $15 every time a replacement card is required.
