MiniPay Card 是 Opera 旗下 MiniPay 推出的数字 Visa 借记卡，与 MiniPay 自托管稳定币钱包直接连接。用户可使用 USDT、USDC 等美元稳定币余额，在 Visa 全球受理网络完成线上购物、订阅及线下非接触支付，无需商户接受加密货币。卡片不收开卡费和月费，并对合资格消费提供最高 5% 的数字黄金或稳定币返现。
MiniPay 是建立在 Celo 网络上的自托管美元稳定币钱包，用户自己控制钱包密钥和资产。MiniPay Card 将该钱包余额连接至 Visa 支付网络，消费时商户收到普通 Visa 卡交易，无需处理数字资产。当前卡片仅提供数字版本，可直接添加到 Apple Pay 或 Google Pay，在接受 Visa 的线上和非接触式实体商户使用。卡片直接支持 USDT、USDC 和 mUSD 等美元稳定币，同时通过跨链入金功能允许用户从 Ethereum、Solana、Polygon 等网络转入其他资产，并自动转换为可消费稳定币。当前产品仍采用分批开放机制，符合地区资格的用户会在 MiniPay App 的 Card 页面看到申请入口。
