OKX Card 是与 OKX Pay 连接的虚拟加密支付卡，按照发行地区采用 Mastercard 或 Visa 网络。用户可直接使用 OKX Pay 中的 USDT、USDC 或 USDG 余额消费，交易时自动完成稳定币与结算货币转换。卡片可用于线上购物和订阅，并可加入 Apple Pay 或 Google Pay 进行非接触支付；不同地区的发行机构、支持资产、返现及申请资格有所区别。
USDT
USDCOKX Pay 是内置于 OKX 应用的稳定币支付账户，用户完成身份验证及钱包设置后，可接收、发送和持有受支持稳定币。OKX Card 直接从 Pay 余额扣款，无需预先将资金转入独立卡账户；商户发起交易后，卡组织先完成法币清算，再由 OKX 按地区规则将稳定币兑换为结算货币。产品仅提供虚拟卡，线下支付依赖 Apple Pay 或 Google Pay，不提供实体卡、ATM 取现或现金预支。欧洲经济区、巴西、新加坡、澳大利亚及 Global 版本分别由不同持牌机构发行，费用、返现资格和支持的稳定币也不完全相同。赌博、汇款、准现金和部分电子钱包充值等交易可能被拒绝

3、澳门：可申请 Global 版本，但须通过应用内地区和账户资格审核；已发行卡可在接受 Visa 或 Mastercard 的商户使用。
4、台湾：可申请 Global 版本，但须在应用内获得申请资格并完成完整验证；已发行卡支持线上消费及移动钱包付款。
