First of all, let’s clear things up. You NEVER DEPOSITED any money with us, NEVER HAD ANYTHING taken from you, and still received our service and two cards COMPLETELY FREE? You were trying to order a USD plastic card while living in Germany, so our team wanted to make sure that this was actually the card you intended to order rather than the EUR plastic card. Instead of processing something that might not have been what you wanted, we contacted you directly to confirm it. We sent you two emails in German, in real time, asking you to confirm whether you wanted the EUR or USD plastic card and offering to help you complete the order. We never received a response to either email. While waiting for your answer, we manually assigned you two virtual cards, one in EUR and one in USD, completely FREE, so you can check them and see that our cards work. So the facts are, you never deposited anything, so there couldn't be anything taken from you, you received two cards for free, and our team tried twice to confirm that you received the right card that matches your needs before proceeding with the plastic card. Leaving all of that out gives a very different picture of what actually happened. If you genuinely wanted this resolved, all you had to do was answer our emails instead of posting a review. We were trying to look out for you and make sure you received the card that made the most sense for your needs. Our team was available to help you then, we are available now, and we are still waiting for your response.
