Plutus Card 是 Plutus 面向英国及欧洲经济区居民提供的 Visa 借记卡，连接以英镑或欧元计价的电子货币账户。用户可通过银行转账存入法币，使用虚拟卡、实体卡或数字钱包完成日常支付，并根据订阅方案及 PLU 持有等级获得 +PLUS Points 消费奖励、品牌 Perks 和其他应用内权益。
Plutus Card 由 Block Code Ltd 和 Block Code LT UAB 运营，账户及相关支付服务分别通过 Modulr FS Limited 和 Modulr Finance B.V. 提供。用户完成身份验证后，可获得英镑账户或欧元账户资料，通过 FPS、SEPA 或 SEPA Instant 从本人银行账户充值，再使用关联的 Visa 借记卡消费。虚拟卡可用于线上购物、订阅和 Google Pay，实体卡支持芯片、PIN、非接触式支付及 ATM 功能。Plutus 当前采用付费订阅与 PLU Reward Level 组合模式，基础消费奖励为 3% +PLUS Points，较高等级可提升至 9%，奖励可兑换卡片余额、礼品卡、里程及旅行服务。

Terrible product and company. Each update it seems to get worse. I've been a customer for nearly 2 years. Edit: They replied 3 years later to my review with an irrelevant reply.. shows how much they care. I'm glad I and sold my PLU coins when I did. It's gone down 99% since haha. Scam company. I'm not sure how the UK gov allow them to keep a license. I guess Plutus is too small of a company to notice or care about.
Hi, Plutus is for people who want real, usable rewards, not free money on demand. A subscription unlocks up to 10% back, PlutusSwap and PlutusGift perks. We’re building a future-proof, scalable system, not clinging to 2015 models. The old free model wasn’t sustainable, so we moved to merchant-funded rewards. Honest feedback is welcome, FUD isn’t.
Whilst I understand the need to become sustainable, the original Plutus was much simpler and much better value. Recent changes make the value proposition difficult to determine. Still waiting 8 months later for a replacement card to the one Plutus stopped in January! Be careful of the chatroom support as they don't take kindly to sarcasm when you point out a flaw in the logic of the organisation or the admins, and will block you despite Plutus recommendation to use the facility for support.
Try and avoid Plutus, they have gone down , but deep down like the ‘titanic’, Avoid them at all cost.
Avoid them. I joined long ago thinking it would be good perks. The result is no card to use and paying 6.99 for nothing for months. I finally tried seriously to cancel instead of being lazy and paying a subscription for nothing. Sadly, you click pause and the subscription restarts. The close your account page send you to 404 pages (for the Fill Out The Account Closure Form and Contact Support). The AI chatbot never connects you to a human. I tried to find a way to speak to someone, joined the Discord, and got banned nearly immediately with a message saying I was a robot. And zero answer from my emails (just an automatic message, not even a case number). Really frustrating experience overall.
Awful Experience. Started in 2018. The Platform has gotten worse and worse. Countless broken promises. Dex to no Dex, withdrawal to no withdrawal, PLU to PLUS, Rewards to giftcards to pay for your giftcards upfront. The users end up fitting the bill each time. Deceitful marketing is fed to them to entice the next money pit. Exceptionally deviant leadership, fundamental pivots almost every month. No clear structure in place. Be warned, this company will not save you money.
Keep charging my card, I don’t have an active subscription with them. This is a SCAM, never give them your card details
Meiner Erfahrung nach ist dieser Anbieter nicht vertrauenswürdig. Wenn euch euer Geld wichtig ist, solltet ihr euch gut überlegen, ob ihr Plutus nutzen möchtet. Nach dem angekündigten Neustart scheint es erneut kaum voranzugehen. Es werden Werbe- und Promoaktionen gestartet, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen, die beworbenen Leistungen sind jedoch nicht oder nur sehr eingeschränkt verfügbar. Solltet ihr bei diesem Anbieter jemals eure Kreditkarte hinterlegt haben, würde ich aus Sicherheitsgründen empfehlen, diese vorsorglich sperren zu lassen und eine neue Karte zu beantragen.
