They charged me for a subscription I have never activated, after not using the app for 18 months and they won’t reply to my emails.
Be aware! I originally signed up to get cash back on a credit card, but it was so complicated and expensive to use I didn't bother. They then bombarded me with emails trying to entice me back with £100 then £200 of "free" credits, but 5 months after I used £9.30 of my "free" credits they threatened to pass my details to debt collection unless I paid the £9.30 back! And them they offered me a free month to continue with them!!! I'd avoid unless you want to be threatened with debt collection.
Fraudulent charges on my bank. May 26 2026, stole 4.99 for subscription I never signed up, I emailed them, they ignored me, and never returned my money Now October 15th 2026 tried charging me 29.99, even more than last time. Scammers! I am happy these scammers have been blocked this time, so they didn't get to steal from me. F. You Plutus!

Despite downgrading to "No Plan" almost 12 months ago, Plutus just started charging me again after no payments since then, claiming I had opted in to auto-renewal...
No bank/ cash card, app never works, rules constantly change, unclear who is even in control of the company at this point...the customer service is non existent and they constantly push out features on social media that either do not work at all, or have parameters that change once you've jumped through the set hoops. e.g. Their air miles sets 'goals' e.g. 6000 miles for an economy flight - once you reach that goal, you cannot even use the miles and the threshold becomes 10,000 miles. The subscriptions are costly, constantly change, cannot be cancelled and keep charging you.
Well I have so many bad things to say about this brand that I don't know where to start. First I had a problem when they offered me Premium plan for 1,99, I accepted, payed, but it did not work and they deducted the money. Second I ordered the card and it did not arrive. Third the virtual card doesn't exist. Fourth the gift cards are only available for premium Fifth I deposit 100 euros and now I can't use them. So I was robbed.
This company is awful, you can never get hold of support/customer service stay well clear! They owe me a refund!
App is an outright scam and Ponzi scheme. I closed my account years ago, and yet I found that they have charged me a new subscription fee two days ago! Report and avoid!
OMG worst exp of my life! i sign up a lil over 3 mon ago. i had a prem sub. i pay $19.99 4. I act did receiv my plutus card. i put my bank card on my acc. n load $500. i made a few purch. n it work fine. I didnt use it 4 1 week n I look at my acc. n notic ther was all these charg from my plutus card at strip club n brothel n England. I cont support n they wer sup to help me invest n refun my $. So nxt I kno My acc is susp n no 1 at sup wil answer n email. i had $475 on my acc the stole from me
