Works at first, then stops working

At first they covered a charge every couple purchases. Only around $10. Never more than that. However now that I’ve been using it for a couple months they stopped covering charges entirely. It’s been over a month since they covered a charge. Whereas when I started it would be once a week. Right now the amount that they covered is around 6% cashback. If it goes below 5% then I swill simply go back to using a credit card. Common sense.

Created account, in last step after KYC it showed me error code and sent me back on login screen On login screen, I'm typing my email and it says the account is already registered: please recover it from backup but the app did not made any backup, I was not able to even see my account Your development team test their applications before pushing them on Google play? I guess no

Terrible customer support, great product

Love the Product. But boy if you ever needed customer support, forget about it. They never respond. After a few weeks will say hi and go back to silence for another two weeks. Gotta be careful with your money with services like this

Froze after completing verification process and before choosing or getting any password. Restarted - same issue. Cleaned cache - same issue. Had to clean data and reinstall. After reinstalling, it doesn't let me create a new account because it says I already have one, but I cannot access it because it requests a password or a non-existent backup I don't have. Had to contact support and wait days for a fix. Forces EUR -> USD conversion and charges 0.5% for it. Removed dark mode (?!).

Good card with poor app and slow support

Android app froze after completing the verification process and before choosing or getting any password or performing any backup. Restarted - same issue. Cleaned cache - same issue. Had to clean data and reinstall. After reinstalling, it doesn't let me create a new account because it says I already have one, but I cannot access it because it requests a password I never chose nor got or a non-existent backup. Had to contact support and wait days for a fix. Forces EUR -> USD conversion and charges 0.50% for it. Otherwise good. Interesting card that randomly refunds your payments.

I have been using this past few months, i love it no complex like dealing with normal banks. Modern design and easy understandable.
