This is a garbage platform, their services and support are so terrible. I deposited, and later saw that my account has been wiped and no access to my funds again. Well, I'm always happy with VINE HASH. operations and I won't stop using them because their services are excellent and to withdraw is easy.

Good app and financial institution. The app has come a long way in overall features and fluidity. I hope the busy body developers don't break it like they have done in the past.

Recent update - average price

With the last update is not possible now to visualize the average price of my positions if these are distributed across different accounts , now I have to calculate manually the total average cost, making the user experience more difficult

This is a really good and considerate banking/finance app. The team’s innovative solutions and features are my main reasons for staying, along with the zero bank charges. I had a few other accounts, and I’ve moved most of them to Wealthsimple. It's really that good and simple, hahaha

Absolutely tyrants

These people are 100% the biggest degenerates I've ever dealt with in any buisness situation. You try to report fraud and they ask for documented proof only to ghost you and ignore anything asked. You call these degenerates and they refuse to escalate and hang up and on top of it withhold money because of attempted fraud avoid these tyrants like the plague

Excellent app

abysmal systems in place for security. make a trade and you need to get a text message, meanwhile you're waiting and you miss your trade Window and lose out on a bunch of money. no way to get rid of it even when on a trusted device on a trusted network. if you can't receive phone calls or sms you are out of luck. Switching brokers because of this.

app is unreliable any1 can hack n transfer through etfs

Downloaded this app an hour ago and I can't get very far. Extremely laggy, keeps crashing, won't let me transfer funds because it loads for too long and then times out. "wealth simple is not responding... wait or close app?" Don't waste your time. was hoping to open a tfsa and invest in TSX but, it would probably be faster to just delete this, download a whole new app, and restart. what a waste of an hour of my life
