I tried to pay a government water bill and their response was (even though it worked a couple of months ago) the merchant is a High Risk merchant according to them. I will be looking for a new and cheaper card. Load fees aren't good either. Their customer support is fast but not helpful.

Paid for a physical card I never received – No refund solution

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Zypto. I ordered and paid for a physical Zypto card to be delivered to Morocco, a country advertised as supported by the company. However, I never received my card. When I contacted DHL in Morocco, I was verbally informed that Moroccan Customs had refused its importation because this type of card was reportedly not authorized. Despite explaining the situation to Zypto customer support, I have not received a practical solution or confirmation of a refund. Instead, I was repeatedly asked to provide an official customs refusal document, which DHL had not given me. I have now submitted a formal complaint to DHL requesting written confirmation. My main concern is simple: I paid for a product that I have never received, and I am still waiting for a resolution. I believe Zypto should take greater responsibility for investigating failed deliveries, especially when advertising physical cards to international customers. I am requesting a full refund, including shipping fees. I will update this review if the company resolves my complaint. Very disappointing experience so far.

how to swap or sell pi coin

Bad experience with this. I appreciate that may not be the case for everyone but I bought a coin on the platform and was literally stuck with it as I couldn't swap it for any other crypto for some reason and the technical support team had no clue what to do about it. They raised a ticket with the coin developer and after waiting 3 days there was still no response. I feel like I've lost my investment being stuck with a coin I cannot sell or swap.

dishonest developer. stay away. it creates tons of misleading landing webpages to cheat users searching for cryptos it doesn't support.

He quickly explained why my application was not accepted and then helped me find alternate viable options within the Zypto app. His responses were fast, courteous and thorough.
