La Wayex Visa Card es una tarjeta de pago cripto ofrecida por Wayex, dividida en dos servicios: la tarjeta de stablecoin global y la tarjeta cripto local de Australia. Resumen de la tarjeta

La tarjeta global de Wayex es gestionada a través de la aplicación Wayex, donde los usuarios pueden recargar mediante USDC, USDT, DAI, PYUSD o canales bancarios locales; los fondos se abonan a un saldo unificado en USD y los pagos se realizan con una tarjeta de débito prepago Visa. La tarjeta virtual global puede crearse de inmediato tras la verificación y añadirse directamente a Apple Pay o Google Pay; la tarjeta física solo está disponible en regiones compatibles y la tarjeta global actualmente no dispone de función de retirada de efectivo en cajeros automáticos. La versión de Australia utiliza un acuerdo de emisión independiente; los usuarios pueden depositar AUD o activos cripto mantenidos en su cuenta Wayex y seleccionar el activo para gastar dentro de la aplicación. Al realizar una transacción, el sistema convierte el activo correspondiente a AUD para completar la liquidación. Los usuarios de Australia pueden solicitar una tarjeta digital o física; la tarjeta digital puede añadirse a billeteras móviles y la tarjeta física puede utilizarse para pagos con tarjeta y retiradas de efectivo en cajeros automáticos dentro de Australia. I was expecting a payment so…

I was expecting a payment so discovering that my account had been blocked without any warning caught me completely off guard. I reached out straight away hoping there had been some kind of mistake but all I was told was that it was their decision. They asked me to send an explanation which I did the same day yet days have gone by without any meaningful. When your money is tied up, you expect clear communication and wondering if anyone is actually looking into my case. I no longer use this platform and manage my investments through #Market#Integrity#

Avoid this service.

My account was blocked without any warning while I was expecting a payment. The company refused to explain why and simply claimed it was their "final decision." They then asked me to send an explanation, which I did immediately, but they have ignored me for days. When a company has access to your money, the least they can do is communicate honestly and transparently. Instead, I've been met with silence and generic responses. Based on my experience, I would never trust this company with my money again. One more thing. If I'm lucky, perhaps someone from your team will reply to this review and tell me that I should raise my concerns by email instead of posting them publicly here. Well, I already did. I sent the detailed explanation you requested. I also tried to contact your support through live chat. I received no meaningful response through either channel. After being ignored, I had no choice but to share my experience publicly. If you had simply communicated with your customer instead of remaining silent, this review wouldn't exist.

Unable to close my account despite repeated follow‑ups

I requested to close my account on 12 Feb 2026. However, it is with deep disappointment that the status remains pending despite numerous reminders to customer support. I am totally in the dark as to when the account will be closed, if ever. This raises the question of whether account cancellation is even possible.

So to be clear you collected all this information about me and now you are denying me the use of Wayex for no other reason then what I presume is your own but rather obscure and obsessive gathering of information that has nothing to do with 'protecting against scams'. I would like to appeal that decision on the ground that I have provided all that I could and therefore feel abused and upset to have to go through this process to in the end be insulted by your refusal to even give me a chance to show my sincere and innocent pursuit to experience a way to improve my knowledge of cryptocurrency...

I am trying to open an account. I was asked to verify my details. I sent 2 photos of my driver's licence and still no approval. Then I am trying to verify again and northing pops out to take a photo. Vey upsetting for an older man. When can I get my details verified?
