1、中国大陆：申请受限，仅经过特别批准的合作项目可以开户发卡；境外已发行 Visa 卡可在受理商户使用，但受平台和跨境交易风控限制。
2、香港：申请受限，不能直接向 Stripe 或 Bridge 申请；合作平台的当地卡片计划获批后，可以发行并用于 Visa 线上及线下商户。
3、澳门：申请受限，需由接入 Bridge 的合作平台开放并完成身份验证；已发行卡可在 Visa 受理商户使用，不提供统一申请入口。

Please be careful with this company! They block your funds and Stripe account, and afterwards it is practically impossible to contact customer support. The support team completely ignores the issue and provides no meaningful assistance. F***ck Scam!!

Resolved — account reactivated and funds restored
Update — resolved: Stripe reviewed the matter again, reactivated GiftCash’s U.S. account, and credited the full balance owed back to the account. This resolves the financial issue described in my original review. I appreciate Stripe Support and Kevin Bognar taking another look and reaching a satisfactory resolution. We will reintegrate cautiously with additional internal controls. The original closure and automatic-refund process caused serious concern, but Stripe ultimately made it right.
