Bitnob Technologies Limited 負責營運 Bitnob 應用程式、數位資產錢包、美元帳戶及個人卡片管理入口。Bitnob 是金融科技和支付基礎設施服務商，不是銀行或持牌發卡機構；美元虛擬卡接入 Visa 網路，卡片發行、使用者准入及商戶結算由合作的持牌發卡銀行和 Visa 專案管理機構處理。Bitnob 負責技術整合、產品分發、餘額轉換和應用內操作服務。
卡片概覽
使用者完成 Bitnob 身分驗證後，可在應用程式的 Cards 頁面建立虛擬卡，並取得卡號、有效期限、安全碼和美國帳單地址。Bitnob 的 USD Wallet 與卡片餘額彼此獨立，建立或使用卡片前須手動從 USD Wallet 儲值；錢包有餘額並不代表卡片已有可用資金。卡片可在接受 Visa 的國際線上商家消費，也支援定期訂閱及部分手機錢包付款。同一時間每位使用者只能持有一張個人虛擬卡，可凍結、解除凍結、提領或終止卡片；提領卡內資金通常須保留最低餘額，若要完全轉出餘額則須終止卡片。因餘額不足而連續遭拒付可能產生費用，並導致卡片自動終止。

2、香港：居民不可按当前公开流程申请；已持卡用户可在接受美国账单地址 Visa 卡的线上商户消费，部分商户会进行地区核验。
3、澳门：居民不可按当前公开流程申请；已在支持地区取得的卡可用于国际线上交易，手机钱包需匹配美国地区和卡片账单地址。

A scam platform.... I registered my bitnob account in June 2023 & made a first time deposit of 2,500 Naira into my Bitnob wallet.... Till date the money wasn't credited into my Bitnob wallet.... I will forever hate this platform for the rest of my life.

I had a frustrating experience using Bitnob. I funded my wallet and virtual card to make an online payment, but the card was repeatedly rejected as "expired." Google Payments also rejected it for the same reason, despite support confirming the card was active, funded, and the details were correct. Support felt robotic, lacked empathy, and offered no real solution beyond repeating that the card was active. My refund is now in progress, and I hope it doesn't face the same delays.

for more than two weeks now have been unable to register on the app, and their app keep sending stupid updates to me even though I'm unable to register. it keeps rolling on the the create password forever go close your app if you want accept new registration from people.

Title: Hours wasted on an onboarding process that was never going to succeed
We completed Bitnob Business’s onboarding process and complied carefully with every request. Their team required numerous corporate documents, certified copies and several rounds of additional information. We spent hours preparing the application and responding to their messages.
Only after all the requested formalities had been completed and the full application submitted did Bitnob announce that the company could not be onboarded because of vague “regulatory and risk considerations.” They provided no clear or specific explanation.
This is unacceptable. If an entity is not eligible, Bitnob should identify that issue before putting an applicant through such a lengthy KYB process—not after requesting every document and wasting a considerable amount of the applicant’s time.
The refusal itself is not the only problem. The real issue is the complete lack of transparency and the decision to let a business complete a process that was apparently never going to succeed. We lost a significant amount of time only to receive a generic response that could have been provided from the beginning.
We consider this handling deeply unprofessional and strongly advise businesses to obtain formal written confirmation of their eligibility before starting Bitnob’s onboarding process.
