CoinMENA 成立於2021年，是中東和北非（MENA）地區領先且全面受監管、符合伊斯蘭教法（Sharia-compliant）的頂級加密貨幣交易所和數位資產交易平台。平台主要面向巴林、阿聯酋、沙烏地、科威特及阿曼等地區的使用者和企業，提供高流動性的加密現貨交易、第三方儲值提現、安全託管、以及專為機構客戶設計的大額場外交易（OTC）桌服務。
CoinMENA 品牌主要由兩個受監管主體營運。CoinMENA B.S.C. (C) 總部位於巴林，由巴林中央銀行許可為第三級加密資產服務提供商；CoinMENA FZE 總部位於阿聯酋杜拜，由杜拜虛擬資產監管局許可提供虛擬資產經紀交易服務。CoinMENA VISA Card 專案由 CoinMENA 負責品牌和客戶服務，INFINIOS 作為持牌發卡機構，負責卡片發行、支付處理及專案管理，Visa 提供卡組織受理網路。

CoinMENA 最早於2022年加入 Visa Fintech Fast Track 計畫，並公布 CoinMENA VISA Card 計畫，使用者可在卡片頁面登記偏好的虛擬卡或實體卡。2026年6月3日，CoinMENA 又宣布與 INFINIOS 建立新的卡片發行合作關係，由 INFINIOS 擔任持牌發卡機構，提供虛擬卡、實體卡、交易處理和卡片計畫管理服務。
現行卡片頁面仍將產品描述為可連結數位資產並在 Visa 商家消費的簽帳卡，但新計畫的正式發行國家、資產扣款方式、卡片幣別、費用、消費限額、ATM規則及行動錢包相容性尚未公布。CoinMENA 在2026年6月的官方通訊中表示後續將公布更多細節，因此目前產品應視為候補名單計畫，不得視為已投入日常使用的現行卡片。
