持卡人在日常使用中可獲得平台原生代幣 $CYPR 的無門檻即時消費返利。此外，應用內建了極具靈活性的人性化風控機制，使用者只需拖動 App 內的滑桿，即可在幾秒鐘內將卡片的每日消費限額在 $5 至 $500,000 之間自由調節。
卡片概覽
Cypher Card 將非託管加密錢包與 Visa 支付帳戶連接。使用者在錢包中保留私鑰，需要消費時再將支援資產轉換為美元並載入至卡片帳戶；完成載入後，卡片像普通 Visa 卡一樣從美元餘額扣款。美國法律文件將當地方案定義為由加密資產抵押支援、年利率為0%的信用卡；面向美國以外使用者的 Cypher Spend Card 則採用卡片額度與使用者還款或抵押資產清算相結合的結構。產品原提供免費首張虛擬卡、PVC 實體卡和 Premium 金屬卡，並支援消費限額控制、國家白名單、卡片凍結、手機錢包及現金提取。2026年7月8日起已關閉儲值、新申請及發卡，現有使用者只能在最終期限前消費或提取餘額。

中國大陸適用性
1、中國大陸：原本已被列為不支援地區，現全球停止新申請；境外已持卡僅可在Visa國際商戶使用至2026年8月7日，此後全部失效。
2、香港：原本已被官方列為不支援地區，現亦無法申請；境外已持卡僅可在Visa商戶使用至2026年8月7日，屆時統一註銷。
3、澳門：未取得明確的歷史發行資格，現新卡申請已經關閉；境外已持卡可受限消費至2026年8月7日，此後卡片及錢包支付失效。
4、台灣：沒有歷史開卡證據，現全球停止新卡發行；境外已持卡可受限使用至2026年8月7日，之後所有卡片統一註銷。

Look, I am not so happy, why can't I unlock my tokens to move them from the platform since it randomly shutting down. also it appears some of my tokens are missing, I cant get them off the platform if I can't unlock them, this is bad, just lose money. Am very regretful ever encouraging this app which you can spend forever waiting for it to open when you click the app, i didn't have intention of giving them even zero star but by default they have forced me to click on one star. It's exactly delayed as the app keeps telling to hold on in no expiration time.

The app is buggy. I must warn you if someone asks you to download the app add funds then go to options, browser and put ethgrow.io in to farm it is a scam. ive lost 32k..

Horrible customer services I lost 506.98 usdc and I been asking for help to withdraw or transfer the money back to my personal wallet and they Mute me and block me. That was the only money I had to growth and just like that they stole my money. I advise you to not put your money here if you dont want to loose it all.
