1、中国大陆：可尝试注册并完成 Jeton KYC 后申请 Jeton Virtual Card；Jeton Physical Card 当前主要面向欧洲地区发行，中国大陆不支持实体卡直接申请/配送。可在中国大陆部分支持 Visa/Mastercard 等国际银行卡的线上及线下商户使用；支付宝、微信支付理论上支持绑定国际银行卡，但 Jeton Card 实际绑定成功率受发卡机构及风控限制

Extremely frustrating experience with…
Extremely frustrating experience with Jeton. A failed merchant transaction keeps attempting to charge my card, and instead of protecting me from repeated unauthorized attempts, Jeton keeps charging me a **$0.50 declined card authorization fee** again and again, roughly every 10 days.
I have already contacted support about this before, yet the problem is still happening. I am not intentionally making these transactions, I do not want this subscription, and I have asked for a permanent solution.
From a customer’s perspective, this feels extremely scam-like. Charging someone repeatedly because a transaction they did not initiate keeps failing is unacceptable. The individual fee may only be $0.50, but when it keeps happening over and over without a proper resolution, it becomes both costly and stressful.
Support keeps suggesting contacting the merchant, but Jeton should also have a way to block the merchant, stop recurring authorization attempts, or protect customers from continuing failed transaction fees.
Very disappointing experience. Until Jeton provides a permanent solution and reviews these repeated fees, I cannot recommend this service.

Zamknąłem konto w Jeton. Po kilku miesiącach dostałem zwrot na kartę do konta, którą u nich posiadałem. Twierdzą teraz, że środki należą już do nich a nie do mnie, bo zamknąłem konto świadomie.

Scammers, holds funds for no reason, just says they are holding to see if there is any chargeback in the future and they themselves will mark 3 chargebacks just because they owe funds. they will sugar coat you with words, They work via LUQAPAY all are scammers stay away

Pésimo servicio al cliente
Pésimo servicio al cliente, la peor aplicación. Hace más de 14 días que pague los $0.99 para solicitar la tarjeta virtual, e inmediatamente me sale un mensaje indicando que mi tarjeta esta suspendida sin que la haya podido usar. He mandado correos y no responden, me comunico por soporte y solo me dicen que espere, que servicio más mediocre. He perdido tiempo y dinero, encima que te cobran comisiones muy altas, $7 por retirar $100 mediante cripto. Use esta app porque era el único método de retiro de otra plataforma. No la usen, no la recomiendo para nada, hay muchas otra mejores opciones que esta porquería de servicio.
