卡片概覽
MiniPay 是建立在 Celo 網路上的自託管美元穩定幣錢包，使用者自行控制錢包金鑰和資產。MiniPay Card 將該錢包餘額連接至 Visa 支付網路，消費時商戶會收到一般 Visa 卡交易，無須處理數位資產。目前卡片僅提供數位版本，可直接加入 Apple Pay 或 Google Pay，並在接受 Visa 的線上及支援感應付款的實體商戶使用。卡片直接支援 USDT、USDC 和 mUSD 等美元穩定幣，同時透過跨鏈入金功能，允許使用者從 Ethereum、Solana、Polygon 等網路轉入其他資產，並自動轉換為可消費的穩定幣。目前產品仍採用分批開放機制，符合地區資格的使用者會在 MiniPay App 的 Card 頁面看到申請入口。

中國大陸適用性
1、中國大陸：不支援申請，MiniPay 服務條款明確不向位於中國大陸的用戶提供加密相關服務，因此卡片申請及透過 MiniPay 使用均受到限制。
2、香港：目前申請受限，香港未列入現行居民發卡範圍；已在合資格地區取得有效卡片後，可在香港接受 Visa 的商戶使用。
3、澳門：目前申請受限，澳門未列入現行居民發卡範圍；已持有效 MiniPay Visa 卡可在澳門接受國際 Visa 及支援非接觸式支付的商戶消費。
4、台灣：目前申請受限，台灣未列入現行居民發卡範圍；境外已取得有效 MiniPay Visa 卡後，可在台灣接受 Visa 的線上及線下商戶使用。
