Shacom HashKey Credit Card 是上海商業銀行與 HashKey Exchange 聯合推出的聯名 Visa 信用卡，開放符合資格的 HashKey 使用者及香港居民申請。該卡並非直接以加密資產扣款的簽帳卡，而是結合 HashKey 加密資產獎勵權益的傳統銀行信用卡；使用者消費後可獲得 HashKey HKD Cash Voucher，並用於在 HashKey Exchange 購買支援的虛擬資產。

卡片概覽
HashKey Visa Signature 信用卡於 2026 年 7 月正式推出，核心結構仍是一張銀行 Visa Signature 信用卡：上海商業銀行負責申請審批、信用額度、消費帳務及還款，HashKey Exchange 不提供信用或銀行服務，僅負責與加密資產相關的獎勵兌換。持卡人的日常本地、海外及網上簽帳先形成正常信用卡帳單，合資格交易產生獎賞積分，積分按月自動轉換成 HashKey 港幣（HKD）現金券並進入指定 HashKey Exchange 帳戶。現金券可用於現貨交易本金、交易手續費及相關費用。卡片採用實體非接觸式設計，感應付款時具有發光效果，並透過 Visa 全球受理網路使用。
該卡當前主要面向香港市場。申請人必須持有 HashKey 帳戶，並且是 18 歲或以上香港居民。HashKey Exchange 本身是香港 SFC 持牌虛擬資產交易平台，但這不代表所有 HashKey Global 使用者都能申請該信用卡。

1、中国大陆：不可申请，HashKey Exchange 不向中国大陆用户提供该项服务；已获批的香港持卡人可在接受境外 Visa 的商户使用、并可按国际卡规则绑定微信支付、支付宝消费。
2、香港：中国香港年满18岁且持有合资格HashKey账户的居民可申请，获批后可在Visa线上及线下商户使用并参与Crypto奖励。
3、澳门：中国澳门居民不可按澳门居民身份申请；香港合资格已持卡用户可在澳门 Visa 商户及兼容 ATM 使用，相关境外费用按银行规则收取。
4、台湾：中国台湾居民不可按台湾居民身份申请；香港合资格已持卡用户可在台湾 Visa 线上及线下商户使用，外币交易按银行汇率及费用结算。

Unfair policy: Closes accounts permanently and keeps your referral rewards!
I am highly disappointed with HashKey Exchange. Due to a missed administrative account review deadline, they permanently closed (off-boarded) my account. They refused to reactivate it, which is their bureaucratic right, but what is morally wrong is their handling of referral rewards.I invited multiple friends to this platform in good faith under their promotional program. HashKey has permanently terminated my account, effectively keeping the customers I brought them and benefiting from their trading fees, while completely wiping out and withholding the invitation rewards I rightfully earned.If you plan to use this exchange or join their referral programs, be warned: if you miss a compliance update window, they will cut you off permanently, keep your referred friends, and withhold your hard-earned bonuses. Proceed with extreme caution. Unfair and unethical treatment of loyal users who helped them grow.

Just installed the app and when I tried to sign up it says "Account Anomaly. Action Blocked" I've never even used this app before and already experience problem.
