1、中国大陆：当前不可申请且不可继续作为正常运营产品使用，Stables Card 已于 2026 年 3 月停止服务，个人银行卡业务已退出。
2、香港：当前不可申请新的 Stables Card；Stables Group 仍设有香港业务主体，但现阶段主营企业级稳定币支付基础设施而非个人银行卡。
3、澳门：当前不可申请新的 Stables Card，个人银行卡产品已经整体停止运营，澳门也不存在现行开放的 Stables Card 申请入口。
4、台湾：当前不可申请且不能按正常运营卡片使用，原消费者卡业务已经终止，Stables 当前产品方向为企业级 USDt 跨境支付。

scam. don't ever try to use this app. This app will rob your money. I have my money stucked in this app. their almost month now. their support are just bot making excuses. now their shutting down their app with a lot of people loae their money

That's the end of the story for this app. Apparently, the Indians bought it, or they've become effective managers (see the global description in Hindi). First they killed the bank card feature, and now the app itself. It's a shame, of course, that it ends this way. Bye for now, Stables? Goodbye.. 👋
