Overall very poor customer experience. Really below average app. Even login on the web seems like it has a 50/50 chance of actually notifying your mobile app for secure 2FA. The app navigation and website feel like somebody is sticking their finger in your eye constantly, probably caused by the messy integration of their various systems. Raise a ticket about e.g. a missing payment, and you'll get an automated message saying they will "respond within 2 days" (FYI, apps like etoro = same day.)

Application has suddenly gone down for…
Application has suddenly gone down for 12 hours with very strange error messages generating SMS messages and random notifications. I do not trust Swissquote any more after Client Services had no idea what was going on apart from saying there is a bug and it will be resolved in 1-3 hours.

Excellente plateforme de trading, facile à prendre en main, et liste des titres accessibles impressionnante.
Attention néanmoins à la date de valeur pour éviter les frais d'avance sur transaction lors d'une vente suivi d'un achat immédiat, le compte se met à jour instantanément alors que le compte n'est pas encore réellement crédité.

I think this is one of the worst banking apps I’ve used so far. Once you’re in, the app is actually smooth and user-friendly. The problem is getting in. The app constantly crashes when I try to log in, even after reinstalling it. Logging in via browser doesn’t help either, as you need the app to approve the login. And when I finally manage to get in, I still have to verify my access via both email and SMS. For an online bank, such an unreliable and complicated login process is quite embarrass
