It can take a few hours in some cases, especially for larger withdrawals requiring manual review. And the €20 monthly, definitely not hidden, inactivity fee is history - we've removed it entirely. In fact, our platform has significantly evolved since then and is now more secure and trustworthy than ever before. The inactivity fee was introduced back in 2023, and all clients were informed about it multiple times via email. As you mentioned, the passive account maintenance fee was introduced in 2023, and notifications regarding this policy were sent repeatedly before any fees were charged. Even today, we continue informing users about these fees, which goes significantly beyond our legal obligations. Monitoring investments and account-related communication on an ongoing basis is an important part of using any investment platform. Regarding crypto withdrawals, support for additional withdrawal networks remains on our roadmap, but it has not been a major priority, as only a very small number of clients have requested this feature. We understand your frustration, but we made every effort to communicate these changes transparently and well in advance. First of all, we don't use any misleading advertising, and all fees on our platform have been fully visible on our website since day one. If you believe there's been something off, we'd love for you to point it out so we can understand better. We also make sure users are properly informed about any changes to our T&Cs. The people who initially implemented certain fees are no longer with us, and since this year, we have a completely new team and management. We continue to communicate inactivity fees openly, and your concerns will certainly be passed along. You can also check the accounts that left reviews yourself – the feedback is entirely organic, so the same applies to both positive and negative reviews like yours.
