Ledger Card Program 是 Ledger Wallet 内的第三方加密支付卡入口，并非由 Ledger 自行发卡。当前正式列出的产品为 Baanx 提供的 CL Card 和 Mercuryo 提供的 Spend Card。用户可从 Ledger 钱包向卡片账户转入数字资产，转换为法币余额或在消费时完成换汇，再通过虚拟卡、实体卡、移动钱包和 ATM 使用。两款卡的卡组织、地区、费用、资产范围及奖励规则分别由实际服务商制定。
Ledger Card Program 将 Ledger Wallet 的资产转账功能与第三方卡片服务连接。用户可在应用的 Card 页面选择所在国家和服务商，但申请、KYC、卡片账户及资金处理均由 Baanx 或 Mercuryo负责，不要求必须持有 Ledger 硬件设备。 CL Card 是 Visa 加密借记卡，支持虚拟卡和实体卡。用户先将资产转入 Crypto Life 账户，消费时再转换为法币，也可使用 BTC 或 ETH 作为抵押取得消费额度。Spend Card 是面向欧洲经济区居民的虚拟 Mastercard，充值时将 BTC、ETH、USDC 等资产兑换为欧元余额，再用于线上消费或通过 Apple Pay、Google Pay 线下付款。资金转入卡片账户或转换为法币后，不再处于 Ledger 钱包的自托管状态。

Ledger sold me defective product hat I purchased 5 years ago around the time a bunch of compromised wallets were sold. I wrote down the seed phrase from the card it was on and kept it safe. From 2024 till now there were over 120 unauthorised transactions. I have the screenshots which I am happy to share. Ledger allowed these without my permission. Ledger sold me a compromised device that has allowed hackers to steal around 55k worth of crypto ( My life savings). They keep blaming me when their faulty device allowed over 120 unauthorised transactions even before the crypto was stolen. Ledger say it was phishing scam. However their faulty device allowed this to happen. I asked ledger to respectfully re-imburse my crypto but the won’t. I made a formal complaint to them without any success. I will now go to the next step which is a formal complaint to FEVAD (European Ombudsman) and potentially lawyers. I have had sleepless night and so much distress as a result. I am autistic and this has been traumatic. I am ashamed to admit this but I even contemplated suicide. Ledger are the worst company for storing your crypto. Terrible product and company. Don't buy from them. If you do buy, it's at your own risk. I don't want anybody else to go through what I went through. There have been so many cases of this. I am happy to speak to Ledger to resolve this. I was previously in dialogue with Barry.
