用户通过 Mercuryo Widget 或 Ledger Live 等合作钱包入口注册，完成完整 KYC、手机号验证和合规问卷后，可以开通以欧元计价的虚拟卡。充值时，用户连接自托管钱包或向指定地址发送加密资产，Mercuryo 完成加密资产出售和法币转换，再将欧元转入由发卡机构维护的支付账户。卡片余额与原加密钱包分开，不会在消费时直接从链上实时扣款。Spend 支持线上3D Secure、循环扣款以及通过 Apple Pay、Google Pay 进行线下支付；每名用户原则上只能持有一张有效 Spend Card。

Very fast and no problem's whatsoever.
I bought BTC for 300 dollars and I tried to withdraw but transaction failed. bTC was taken out of my wallet and it has been a week now with no response. I have use mercuryo for over three years now

I did not use their wallet however I did use their exchange to buy crypto and so far it has been 4 days and I still have NOT received my crypto and when I inquire support about it all they say is " Thanks for getting in touch today, my name is Olivia and I'm part of the Customer Support team here at Mercuryo. I see that we already have an open chat regarding this issue. To avoid duplicating work, I will now close this chat. Please rest assured that we are actively working on the matter you raised in your original chat. We will update you in that conversation as soon as we have more information. Best regards," And I have not heard anymore from them. 4 days?!?!! really?? Maybe I will try a charge back Update: 8 days waiting now and still have not received my crypto or a refund. First they say a refund is not possiable and now they say "We are aware of your case and are actively working to process your refund. The refund process involves several steps and internal checks that may take some time to complete. We will notify you as soon as the refund has been processed. We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your continued patience." I will continue to message their support daily... several times and update here accordingly. Day 9 and no crypto and no refund and no reply from support. Day 10:In response to Mercuryo's reply: As I mentioned before in my review I have already "Reached out" to your online worthless support... several times and like I mentioned they say the same useless thing every time. And I am still waiting for my crypto or refund which at first your support said was not possible then more recently said they were working on a refund but stiil no refund.
