Spritz Card es una tarjeta de crédito de pago cripto Visa Signature ofrecida por Spritz Finance para usuarios de activos en cadena. El usuario selecciona activos de su billetera cripto para recargar la tarjeta, y Spritz realiza la conversión de activos durante el proceso de recarga, formando luego un saldo en dólares en la tarjeta para el consumo. La tarjeta adopta un modelo de colateralización total, sin necesidad de puntaje crediticio ni de apostar tokens de la plataforma. Es compatible con tarjeta virtual, Apple Pay, Google Pay y 3D Secure, y ya ha lanzado una tarjeta física limitada y la capacidad de uso en cajeros automáticos.

Spritz es una plataforma fintech Web3 que permite pagar facturas de tarjetas de crédito, hipotecas, servicios públicos y otras facturas diarias con activos criptográficos, además de ofrecer entrada y salida de fondos fiduciarios, pagos con monedas estables, tarjetas de débito y capacidades de pago global, ayudando a los usuarios a realizar pagos en el mundo real directamente con activos en cadena.
Spritz conecta las billeteras on-chain con los pagos tradicionales, las transferencias bancarias y el pago de facturas, sin que los usuarios tengan que transferir todos sus activos a un exchange centralizado. Actualmente, la Spritz Card es una tarjeta de crédito Visa totalmente garantizada. Los usuarios financian la tarjeta conectando su propia billetera con activos compatibles como USDC, ETH, SOL, BTC, entre otros; una vez que la plataforma completa el enrutamiento entre cadenas, el intercambio y la liquidación en USD, se puede realizar el consumo. La tarjeta no tiene crédito revolving tradicional, intereses ni facturas a fin de mes; la capacidad de gasto está respaldada por los fondos recargados. La tarjeta virtual se puede usar de inmediato y añadir a Apple Pay y Google Pay; la tarjeta física ha entrado en emisión limitada, permite pagos por banda, chip y contacto sin contacto, y proporciona uso en cajeros automáticos. La tarjeta también incluye beneficios Visa Signature de viaje, compras y servicios de conserjería.

The experience with Support has been outstanding, particularly with Ley. I had many questions to be answered and issues to be resolved. This has been over a period of months, and everytime I get a quick response within hours if not immediately. This is in stark contrast with other companies where I've waited for days, a week or two, or no response at all. Keep up the great work Spritz!

Go on X (twitter) and do a search for these scammers. They have stolen so much from users. Do not trust these people with $1 of your money because they will steal it. There are hundreds of people who have had their funds frozen for over a year and spritz will not give their money back. Buyer beware - only use if you want to scammed
Great UX, terrible customer care. Can’t even imagine how to describe to you the slow careless nature of these Chatbot workers. And since I can’t post a reply I’ll make an edit - you can see below where spritz disregards the issue at hand - poor support. As a note spritz. You can improve your service by adding labels that aren’t misleading so we know who and what we are speaking to in your chat portal - ai or person, and the time, date and other relavant info. I’ve had both of my tickets opened handled by a person who interjects between the “ai” messages. More communication, faster. PLEASE. I remind you that I CHOOSE spritz as my crypto card. I LIKE the idea of cutting you guys a couple dollars from my purchases now and then. Granted that you allow me to make purchases to begin with

Your card top-up issue has since been resolved. While the issue occurred outside of our support hours, our team investigated it as soon as we were back online (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET), prioritized it internally, and worked with our engineering team to resolve it promptly.

Sprintz Finance is a very good company. They will help you through any problems, concerns and questions you may have or you experiencing. Send them an email or ask a question in the app, and Ley will respond very timely and quickly with the answers to your questions, problem, or concerns. When you submit a payment it don't take long for you to receive your funds in your account. I also like the fact that payments can be ACH, or wire transfer which makes it very easy to receive your fund in your account. I'm glad I found Sprintz Finance
